Theocratic Confederacy of Victoria Land (Previously H.A.C.C/Holy Antarctic Christian Confederacy)

Victoria Land is a large autocratic, loosely isolationist, constitutional catholic Christian regime occupying everything east of X= 24400 and south of Z= 10500. It has a small, but all encompassing government that values laissez faire capitalism, privacy, freedom and low taxes. It is made of 6 individual towns which act as their own small governments. The main purpose of the government is to provide protection to the towns inside its boundaries. Each town has a lot of freedom and are able to do almost anything provided they pay their low amount of taxes, aren't communist swine and are not hostile towards Christianity.

The tax rate is a flat 10% of income, all the gold made by the individual must be reported to the town mayor and the mayor will tell tell the government, who will ask for 10% of the gold. There are no federal property taxes, sales taxes, purchase taxes or any sort of progressive tax system. As corporations are not humans, they are not forced to pay taxes federally, however any town is capable of putting into place any tax law they desire as long as it doesn't conflict with the constitution or the Chancellors desires.

Chancellor: Predomalpha. The chancellor is essentially the dictator, he is in charge of all foreign relations, all internal relations and is capable of creating any law he desires, his only checks are that he is unable to change anything relating to religion and cannot enter wars without consulting the Minister of Religion.

Minister of Religion: Minister_Miong. The Minister of Religion is in charge of any and all religious activities.

Minister of Defense: Anything. The Minister of defense has less power than the Minister of Religion, but controls the army (Yes, there is a standing army, the soldiers even get paid) and has a say in what wars to enter and how.

Isolationism: As per the wished of the Minister of Religion, Victoria Land is a isolationist nation, only using military action against others if the H.A.C.C has been attacked, threatened or the enemy is a communist. This so far has been put into effect with the war between the Omani Sultanate and the Philippines F.R where both parties were attempting to recruit Victoria Land to assist in their war efforts. This stance has been questioned however due to the Chancellor Predomalpha frequently getting into politically or socially charged arguments and annoying other nations, resulting in an assassination attempt.

Relation with communism: Victoria Land is notorious for being extremely anti communist. This is spearheaded by the Chancellor Predomalpha who has specifically designed helicopters meant for throwing communists out of, praised the work of General Augusto Pinochet, called for the execution of all communists in the minecraft server and debated/berated anyone who admits to being a communist in the chat. This has reflected into the country with it being heavily opposed to any communism, willing to do almost anything to stop the spread and laws against any leftists beliefs, with the punishment being execution via helicopter.

Capital: Gilead was a town created for the nation of Victoria Land to form. As Cape Adare and New Masbate were 6000 +/-10 blocks from each other, Gilead had to be made in an exact spot. It is the capital of the nation, so it has the capitol building and is the current residence of the supreme Chancellor Predomalpha.
