Khartoum was a town that was part of the First Nubian Empire, and survived up until early times of the Second Nubian Empire. It's south of El Obeid. Before falling due to inactivity, it was given to Elitistseeker12, after Nexus_Hype resigned and gave it to twomoo1119, who proceeded to look for a mayor.
Neop's Improvements:
After receiving the town Neop added a shop, found new uses for the quarry. Implemented explosion proof floors due to explosions within the quarry, and added ender chests around town.
