The Incan Empire is a group of three nations (Bolivia-Peru, Ecuador and Amazonas) in South America run by Blis_Ike. It probably has the strangest government out of all nations, it is a Federalist Constituional Monarchy. It's leaders consist of two kings and a monthly elected president that acts as an overarching king. It is not to be confused with [[inca|Inca]] which was actually a town in the Incan Empire before it left to become a nation.
