Blockbuster LLC (formerly Blockbuster Entertainment, Inc., also known as Blockbuster Video or just Blockbuster was an American-based provider of home movie and video game rental services through video rental shops, DVD-by-mail, streaming, video on demand, and cinema theater. Blockbuster became internationally known throughout the 1990s. At its peak in 2004, Blockbuster employed 84,300 persons, including about 58,500 within the United States and about 25,800 outside of the United States, and had 9,094 stores worldwide. And then Netflix happened...

The Last Remaining Blockbuster

After the non-existent fall of Blockbuster LLC, the company was forced to shut down operations at all their stores but, one person (YodaBeast,) after swimming across the ocean only to die and his old nation of Austria falling 2 days after joining it, decided that he had given up all hope, so, he thought "why not steal a vacant Blockbuster building and reopen it" and that's what he did.

History

The Lone Blockbuster joined the nation of Canada, existing until The Lone Blockbuster fell to ruin and abandoned and left to rot after Yodabeast went on a relatively undisclosed hiatus and couldn't access the server. Anticosti's own Dayzle had claimed The Lone Blockbuster to keep it under Canadian rule.

TheLoneBlockbuster was sitting vacant until whilst exploring Canada Sharkfynn1012 came across this magnificent structure, and almost immediately knew (after checking the wiki and realizing what it once was) that It had to be made great again. On the 1st of December 2017 Sharkfynn1012 managed to raise Dayzle and together with Gracetherooster and Dayzle's help The Blockbuster was reborn. Areas around the Lone Blockbuster are still under renovation, such as Target Canada which will become the new town centre. Thanks to this new lease of life unlike Blockbuster in the real world, its not dead yet.
