Percy is an American town located in North East of Tierra del Fuego in Austral part of South America. It's founder is Newman6611 & it's currently mayor is woomyyy_.

Story

Percy was founded after the selling of Onfast Bay by woomyyy_ to Australia. It's permissed Newman gave Kiwi (a town who not long existed) to Woomy. Quickly after he went founded Percy passing through the capital of Patagonia in Southern part of South America & joined first Patagonia then America Realm.
