Introduction
Leaders may come and go, but the people remain
- Narancia.
Former Cuban prime minister, Narancia, is known for his dark sense of humor and passion in politics this comes from the extreme amounts of hours, he has put into his daily political debates. Narancia is the mayor of the town, Santa Clara. Santa Clara is just west of central Cuba. Santa Clara has a unique style that differs from the classical Cuban style on the west. Santa Clara also is several blocks above sea level which is on average higher than the rest of Cuba.
