La Plata is a decentralized mega-nation located in South America. It's composed by three nations: Argentina, Chile and Perú.

It occupies 40% of the continent's area and it's then one of the biggest nations worldwide by territory.

There's no history here as most of it is attributed to Argentina, which is the biggest member of La Plata and also was called La Plata until early 2019.

In August 13, 2020, Paraguay left La Plata to join Brazil as a province.
