The Second Philippine Civil War is an ongoing civil war in the Philippines being fought between the Filipinos who are pro-democracy against Skylordvoxaco's dictatorial authority over the Philippines.

The Second Philippine Civil War began on February 12th after majority of the citizens of the Philippines were unhappy about the activity and anti-democratic rhetoric of Skylordvoxaco. They decided to leave their nation and eventually will create their own nation to create a stronger and more active Philippine nation. As of now there are no deaths in the civil war because Skylordvoxaco is inactive, this gave him the nickname "Turtle Leader".

Background

Wishes for a democratic Philippines was started by Marangal during the First Philippine Civil War which proved unsuccessful as there was not enough support for the revolution and Marangal was banned for being an alt of banned player, SirInfinity, and then banned again for alting again this time being disguised as a resident of Dumaguete as Peanut_1220

Course of the Civil War

The Civil War was announced by Illidanlestat on 12 February<ref>https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/611029823099502592/809612944136470548/image0.png</ref> and all towns soon left the Philippines except for Manila and are currently remaining nation-less until the formation of their own nation. On February 16 illidanlestat was fired from Secretary of Foreign Affairs by Yeti for charges that were dropped after from godlyeriss. Godlyeriss was chosen to be the new Secretary of Foreign Affairs. He has commented on multiple occasions that in order to insure peace within the revolutionary government even when there is an ongoing civil war with Manila.

International Impact

After the war was announced, Nusantara publicly pledged their support for the Revolutionary side against the current ruling government on February 13<ref>https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/611029823099502592/810164390228656138/yutyuyt.png</ref>. Indochina is also supporting the Philippine Republic, though they have not announced it publicly. Recently on February 18th, Greco-Bactria and some lone players from various countries have pledged their support for the Revolutionary side.
