General elections occurred on 17 September 2022 in Cascadia to elect the Governor of Cascadia and all twelve seats in the House of Representatives for one-month terms. Elections for U.S. president in also occurred on this date. These were the second elections to be held in Cascadia.
Incumbent Governor SayerQT did not stand for re-election. The gubernatorial election resulted in a victory for Treasurer ViolentVampire, receiving a record 95.2% of the vote. Voter turnout was down slightly at 46.7% of registered voters. The house elections resulted in incumbents winning just half of the seats, with Incumbents winning just around 52% of first-preference votes. These were also the first elections for the House of Representatives held under Nonpartisan Proportional Representation, put into place by the Representation of the People Act passed earlier that month.
