Alliance or organization, on EarthMC, is a political entity composing of nations, sub-meganations and meganations. It can be said that alliances primarily fulfill military or economic functions, while an organization is just a group of nations with other goals such as maintaining peace. While in the real world NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) is a defensive pact, and UN or EU (United Nations, European Union) are organizations; they all would still count as alliances in EarthMC's terminology.
List of alliances
There exists one prominent organization, EMC Toolkit Development Discord server, which manages lists of all alliances. Anyone can join the Discord server and request any change or creation of alliance. These can be later searched with the EMC Stats bot created by Owen3H and Warriorrr, or viewed on EarthMC's map website with EarthMC Dynmap+ browser extension made by 3meraldK.
