Classic:Joel's Belgium

Note: This nation is just called Belgium, but for clarification against Frank's Belgium and other Belgium's, this is referred to as Joel's Belgium.

History

This nation was founded shortly after Joel's unban after the "Java-going-nuts-and-greifing-alting-and-advertising-crisis". It claimed the open lands between Amsterdam and Alanian Belgium, after a rough start with relations to its neighbors it finally settled down for a day until a Belgian citizen killed a German and then Germany refused to recognize it.

History still ongoing but already quite interesting and potentially a destabilizing factor in Western Europe.
