Baltimore is the city in Illinois with the seventh largest population with 8 people currently. It is based upon the real life city of Baltimore, Maryland near the east coast of North America.
History
Baltimore mainly gained most of its large territory and population because of the Trimortum-USA War; the population and size were built upon as to avoid small USA towns popping up near the town and preventing Baltimore from expanding (this was legal during the war). Many leaders from other parts of Illinois moved to Baltimore to expand the territory.
