Leafbox_ is a controversial player who has been seen as a troll, idiot and too serious for the server, but not on the same level as some other people on the server. They has been on EMC since October 5th, 2019, and left at October 12, 2020.

They left EMC on October 12, 2020, exactly 1 year and 1 week after they started playing on the server.

History

October in France

Leafbox_ spawned in Tibet, and eventually was invited into Lyon, a town in France, where they first started as a worker for a few days. They eventually claimed 2 plots in the town and left at about the 28th of October.

Svalbard

Leafbox_ was one of the main founders of Svalbard, and also lived in Longyearbyen since 28th October. They contributed significantly to the creation of the nation. Leafbox_ quickly became a important person in Svalbard that wanted a "democracy", which, as stated in this revision by the person themselves, was likely a ploy to get more political attention. In Late December, they were kicked out for sending suicide threats to various citizens of Svalbard.

Brief Time in Spain and Yugoslavia

Leafbox_ tried finding refuge after they got all of his resources blocked off by the Sval govnerment.. Leaf eventually got to Spain, and lived there for a week or two, until they got kicked out again, then went to Yugoslavia, a new and fresh nation. The nation was absorbed by SPQR and Leafbox_ was forced to leave.

Liberia

The Player played a small role in Liberia, and created Kenema, but at the time Leafbox_ already was inactive and didn't care that much about EarthMC anymore, until...

Return to Svalbard

Leaf started becoming active again at about the 10th of June 2020, due to them feeling more safe to go into the queue. Leaf returned to Svalbard, and created Sørkapbyen on June 12th, 2020. After a while, they, for a quick moment, became leader of the nation, but this was a quick period, and after that, they left Svalbard, and EMC, altogether, with yet another return being unlikely.

Poor reporting by a EMCL staff got to Leafbox accidently getting a reporter fired.

The Leaving

Leafbox_ eventually left Svalbard, after being burnt out, and bored, from the server itself, and also due to a power scandal, involving them kicking out a town, simply for wanting funds for an independant nation.

Controversial Seriousness

They are known to be extremely serious and take everything personal for no real reason. As stated by Leafbox themselves, the server apparently "was like a drug that makes one more and more aggressive over time".
