xBest_Name_Everx, often referred to as xBest or by his discord username ProbablyACat, is a Cascadian-Evergrenite statesman, politician, and jurist, currently serving as the 2nd President of the Evergreen Republic since 1 March 2022, previously serving on the Supreme Court of the Evergreen Republic and as a high member in numerous state institutions of the Republic of Cascadia prior to the formation of the Evergreen Republic, including serving several terms as President and Vice President. He has additionally served as the 3rd Mayor of the village of Schaumberg, Cascadia, since June 2020.
