Hawai'i (also known as Ke Aupuni o Hawai'i) is a small, but politically large nation in the central Pacific Ocean. The nation capital is the town of Hawaii, located on the largest island of the chain. It is a state within Nubia,
as of February 10, 2024.

History
Founding [Hoʻokumu]
The nation of Hawai'i was founded on June 1, 2022.
Hawaii Island
The island of Hawaii is the most populated, and urbanized isle of the 8 major Hawaiian Islands. Claimed by former mayor CA5PER, the town houses many inhabitants, and is the only politically associated community in the nation of Hawaii. The region inhabits the only volcanos on the server, being Kīlauea and Mauna Loa. The town, today, is owned by Cahden, the Kahuna of Hawai'i.
Maui and Western Maui
The island of Maui, formerly one town (see -) is the second largest island in the chain, and the other most politically involved outside of the capital. Both Maui and West Maui were founded on March 29, 2024. Home to Haleakalā National Park, the island is best described as country, with few inhabitants, but a small town feel. The towns of Maui and West Maui are interconnected, with differing local governments.
Oahu
The island of Oahu is the third largest island in the chain, and is home to Honolulu. Honolulu, founded Dec 15, 2023, is only inhabited by its owner, but as of 2024, has plans for urban development, in a style similar to its real prerequisite.
Kauaʻi
Kauaʻi, often regarded as the most beautiful island in the chain, is the eastern-most large-scale island, and a recent (as of 2024) addition to the nation. The town, Kauai, was founded by 'ducker529' on Sep 17, 2023. The town is, as of now, not functional, and does not house any residential life.
Niʻihau, Kahoʻolawe, Lanaʻi and Molokai
Ni'ihao, Kaho'olawe, and Molokai are islands in the respective counties of Maui County, and Kaua'i County. None of the islands are politically disputed or functional, but rather serve as national recreation spaces.
Political Involvement
Polynesian Union [Hui Polenekia]
On June 12th the Union of Ancestral Polynesia admitted the nation of Hawai'i into the union, uniting all the Pacific under one ideology. Alongside other member nations including, Tonga, Samoa, Polynesia, and Niue, the Union formally changed its name to the Polynesian Union. This change meant more nations, outside of ancestral Polynesia, could now participate in local government. The union is ever expanding and grows to represent the beauty of the Pacific.
Conflict
Kaawale o Maui [Separation of Maui]
On March 29, 2024, the town of West_Maui, owned by 2b2tr was drafted. The town, located on the island Lanaʻi, was created on behalf of Indonesia, as an effort to extend land claims. In accordance with the nation of Hawaiʻi, Gorkymoo1119 planted a town on the island of Maui, a neighboring island to Lanaʻi. The owner of Indonesia, 100dmg, and town owner 2b2tr were angered, and suggested that the rights to claim land on Maui belonged to them, due to their prerequisite inhabitance nearby, and the towns sudden appearance. The standoff continued for multiple hours, as both sides argued for island-ownership, until a confidential decree was made, stopping the conflict at its gates. Though not hostile, the conflict split the island of Maui into two varying towns, one politically influenced by Hawaiʻi/Nubia, and the other by Indonesia. The towns are both under the nation of Hawaii and, as of March 2024, do not house any further conflict.

Hawai'i Nā Pāka Lahui [National Park System]
The nation of Hawai'i has 8 globally recognized national park reserves on the server. Those being, Maui, Kaho'olawe, Lana'i, Molokai, Oahu, Kaua'i, and Ni'ihau. Each are equipped with untouched wildlife and beautiful sights, that we reserve for future players to visit.
