Babis (formerly Babi) is a small town in central Africa just east of Angola, lead by WikiNope. This town was created by WikiNope and entirely funded by Twomoo1119 and Saxon_Man in August 2021. The nation is part of the STAR Alliance and the Second Nubian Empire.
