Of_Russia is the 1st King of Khmer and was succceeded by Suryavarmen until he returned to the thorne on May 2019.
At the beginning of his reign, Khmer was formed at the time and Of_Russia made. He was the head of state during the uplift of the nation.
His reign was when the people wanted him to return to Khmer to bring the nation back to its external greatness and wanted freedom from the Siamese agony had made his reign on the March 2019.
On August 2019 he currently rules Myanmar to this day, He has a exclave in Angkor to this day as it is ruled by Myanmar. Now Myanmar had changed its named to Shu then Jin, During this time he has been through the "The Great Expansion of The Dry" which saw him annex the following, Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, 91% of WesternRegions and some of NorthEast India. Currently he is doing the Great Reconquista inspired by the Spainish, This is seeing him currently taking modern day Chiang Mai, Naypitaw and Andermann Islands,
