Adrian Volkov, Sr. is an entrepreneur. He was also the mayor of Albany, New York until 3 June, 2021. He is the owner of several business in the world, including Umberto's Steak House in New York City and Schrippa Waste Ltd., a waste management company. Prior to becoming mayor of Albany, he worked as a salesman in south Philadelphia and New York City. He was also a candidate for the March, 2021 presidential election in the United States.

AdrianHES was one of the politicians exposed for corruption in the May 14th Rawhide Leaks.

On 3 June, 2021, AdrianHES resigned his position as mayor of Albany, and BetaCheese automatically acquired the role. AdrianHES then fled from North America. Exact details on his whereabouts are unknown.

Albany

AdrianHES founded the town of Albany, New York, on February 12, 2021. Lucas2011, governor of New York, assisted him financially. Despite this, Albany had a rocky start as the war between the USA and the NAP took a toll on the small town. LawOfRence claimblocked most of Albany, and trespassing from NAP soldiers and collaborators was frequent.

The loss of local business due to international hate of the USA led to the town and its residents going bankrupt, and AdrianHES had to borrow a small loan of 364 gold from a reputable local politician to help support Adrian and the town as a whole.

Following the decline in conflict and the de facto end to the war, Albany began to prosper, especially with the help of town councillors BetaCheese and deathlife23.

Lots of new houses, a church and community center, several new roads, and an in-progress library are just a few of the many wondrous strides of progress that came to Albany with the help of AdrianHES and BetaCheese.

AdrianHES is the proprietor of Umberto's Steak House, a restaurant in New York City. It is filled to the brim with delectable steaks and the finest cuisine in the city.

AdrianHES is also the owner of Schrippa Waste Ltd., a waste management company that specializes in building destruction.

After these ventures turned little profit, he decided to seek a better life in America, so he moved to Philadelphia and into a free apartment provided by Pirate_Ron and OrangeJuiceMoose.

After settling into his new life in America, he secured a deal-of-a-lifetime with an anonymous Canadian town to acquire a lot of resources in bulk for a good price. After this deal, he began to sell these resources to the good, hard workers of EarthMC, for economy prices. Some good deals of his also includes an anonymous midwestern town near Lacusmagnia. Some of his work with these generous deals include material donations to Columbus, Ohio, as well as food giveaways at events like weddings or funerals.

Personal Life

AdrianHES is an avid collector of musical records, and a fan of Florida aesthetics. To him, everywhere is the right place to dress like you're in Miami. He likes to go to Florida when he has a break from his busy work schedule. He is currently on the hunt for the "Stal" record, which nobody seems to sell at a fair price. He is also a fan of map art rarities.
