Caspaeres is the last surviving dragon of House Ceres who was shipwrecked on EarthMC's shores. He was taken in by Israel on the day he joined and soon rose to the rank of Architect with within the government.

Along with Glamourian, He constructed much of Sinai and the surrounding area, including the Temple, the Knesset Building, and the first mansion in Sinai, Ceres Court. He is the only dragon on the server.

Caspar of House Ceres

Caspaeres spawned on 8 May 2020 in a location forgotten to time, and was soon given an invite to Sinai by Glamourian, which he accepted. After seeing his first house, an early iteration of Ceres Court, Glamourian was impressed, and put the young player on a number of different building projects. The two of them, together with 13E666L13, began to rebuild the ancient and largely decayed city of Sinai, flattening almost a third of the Sinai peninsula and constructing a network of roads and many state of the art residences for new players and old hands alike. Caspaeres soon founded The Dragon Company (TDC), a real estate and construction company, joined early on by 13E666L13. On the 3rd of October 2020, Caspaeres began work on the Town Hall, one wall of which had been built by AD31 before she abandoned the project. As Caspaeres hugely expanded the size and scope of the plans for the building, Glamourian and the rest of the government decided to make the building the headquarters for the government itself as opposed to merely a town hall. Huge quantities of gold were spent to outfit the building with lavish materials such as quartz and stained terracotta, and to purchase the many valuable artefacts on display inside. The project was officially completed on the 15th of November 2020, and the first Knesset meeting was held there that same week. The Knesset Building served as a beacon for tourists and foreign dignitaries alike as Israel expanded, with her newfound wealth allowing for the continued expansion of Sinai from the Palestinian border to Eilat. Sinai's massive city circle became an international trade hub, especially after the creation of the International Defense Coalition.

Caspaeres joined Terra Aurora a few weeks after the server was created due to a hiatus, and joined Charlotte, a town founded by his old friend Sclozz123 in the nation of America, which had attracted most of Israel's prominent former members.
