The Tzardom of Serbia was a nation in the Balkans. It's capital and founding city was Beograd. It's Tzar was Chetnik64

History

Early History 

Serbaland(the old name for the town) was founded by Chetnik with the intention of conquering the modern-day territory of the nation of Serbia. For the first couple of days Chetnik and his friends mined for long hours on the server. This allowed the Nation to grow fast, and soon joined the SPQR. This was, however, was a façade so that Serbia could grow in strength.

Formation of The Tzardom 

On June 14th, 2021 Chetnik64, Lord of the Serbs, fed up with the lack of stable power in the region of Serbia, Decided to take the job into his own hands. He declared himself Tzar of The Serbs, and plans to fully retake the Motherland.

Collapse 

During its territorial hight, Chetnik started playing on a different Earth server. This, and unclear communication led to its gradual decline.

The National Rebirth Period

As the other server was played on less and less, the old members of Serbia returned to Earth MC. They are now a March of the GRE.

Government

Serbia was in theory Russian styled absolute monarchy. The head of state, the Tzar, had total control over diplomacy, the way the government was run, and even owns most of the capital as his private property. Although the Tzar was supposed to be all powerful, in practice the cities are relatively self governing. Most cities will probably have their own laws and the overall consensus was that Serbia feels like it's still in the Middle Ages. Now, Serbia is a March, or military vassal of the GRE.

Military

The Serbian Military is makes up a majority of the Serbian population.

Popular Architecture

By far the nations most popular and recognizable feature was the Cathedral in Beograd. It was currently(Tuesday July 20, 2021) under construction by a Byzantine architect from Niš.

Serbia was an enemy of the GRE, and an ally to Francia, being one of the founding nations of The LFN After the Rebirth they became a March of the G.R.E.
