Caspaeres is the last surviving dragon of House Ceres who was shipwrecked on EarthMC's shores. He was taken in by Israel on the day he joined and soon rose to the rank of Architect with within the government.

Along with Glamourian, He constructed much of Sinai and the surrounding area, including the Temple Mount, the Knesset building, and the first mansion in Sinai, Ceres Court. He is something of a jack-of-all-trades, taking an interest in building, redstone, brewing, and fighting.
