Scania

Scania is a nation based in Southern Sweden. It is led by King Kornienko, and is part of a personal union with Gotaland.
History
Pre-Creation
The land was owned by Sweden, with the town of Sjostad owning the nation of Gotaland, which was part of a personal union with Sweden, Scandinavia and Stockholm. The town of Malmo, when Sweden went inactive, joined Germany and stayed there for 2 months.
Under DarthValk
The region that Blekinge is in today, was empty. Due to this, DarthValk, looking to move from his previous nation of Baffin and Sri Lanka, made a town there. The town grew up to 10 people, and a town over the ruins of Donutville joined. They had no conflict with Sweden over this, due to them being inactive. However, a while after this growth, DarthValk went inactive. After a 2.5 month hiatus, he put it up for sale after being the only one left in the nation. His rule attracted much attention from other nations.
German Colony
The nation of Germany, was at war with Denmark (see Second Holstein War), took control over Scania when Coolcongaming became leader. They seeked land close to Denmark in southern Sweden, which they suspected Denmark would like to expand into. Germany saw Scania was up for sale, and paid 375g to buy it. The German Chancellor (Kanzler), Coolcongaming, took the nation, and moved into Blekinge. He did not do much recruiting, as the town was bombed right after coming into German hands. The bomber, stated it was "revenge for German war crimes". There was no return statement from Germany, or Scania.
Selling it off
The nation by now was much more active compared to its parent nation, Germany. Coolcon was planning to leave Germany, and sold the town to neighbouring town, Malmo. After this, he left for Cascadia, and this begun the third Scanian era. The capital moved to Malmo, and the king became Kornienko. Councillor of Malmo, Metalcat2004 moved to Blekinge, and joined Scania with it.
Problems with Denmark
Danish P.O.V.
The nation of Denmark, was feuding with the capital over claims, even before they got the nation. Denmark immediately enemied Scania, and attacked Malmo, resulting in some skirmishes. Scania sought good relations, however Denmark was not interested in this. The problems continue thus far, however fights have stopped.
Scania P.O.V.
In December 2020, the nation of Denmark, which after a long inactivity and revival in November 2020 tried to seize only Malmo, headed for the seizure of all of southern Sweden, including Blekinge.
After moving the capital to Malmo, Denmark immediately enemied Scania, and began to threaten its residents. Nevertheless, despite the absence of a large army at Scania, after two unsuccessful attempts to attack the citizens of Scania, Denmark decided to stop open aggression and act in more covert methods, such as spreading fake information and trying to spoil Scania's relations with other nations.
After that, Denmark several times tried to make Scania its colony and threatened a new war, but the residents of Scania are used to empty words and do not react to them. Residents of Scania do not recognize Denmark as an enemy and hope for the democratization of Denmark and the restoration of relations in the future.
Union with Gotaland
The nation of Gotaland, Kanino_Pika, who was a good friend with Kornienko, decided to make an union due to the Danish relations. Gotaland had previous stated that, "the current Sweden has failed". Sweden gave no response, however under this personal union, which is a constitutional monarchy, Kanino is the Queen, with Scania operating under it as a fully autonomous state.
Reaction from Sweden
The king of Sweden, Gabeee, replied to the creation of this union.
"I think that the USK is perfectly fine. I will not support their legitimacy for various reasons, but their ideas seem good. I believe via the Treaty of Copenhagen, I must recongnize Denmark as the one with a claim to their lands, but it is nothing personal towards Scania or Gotaland."
Under Germany
The nation of Scania, and Gotaland, due to being in a personal union, decided that they both should join Germany as kingdoms. Not much has happened yet after this.
