Xeocas

Xeocas is an EarthMC politician, governance consultant, and entrepreneur known for his constitutional work in the Vermont Republic and his extensive executive, judicial, and legislative service in Cascadia. He has held offices including 5th Vice-President of Vermont, Chief Justice of Vermont, 25th Vice President of Cascadia, Secretary of the Treasury of Vermont, Attorney General of Cascadia, and City Executive of Olympia. Xeocas is noted for co-authoring Vermont’s third and final constitution prior to its merger with Cascadia and for overseeing multiple electoral cycles across member states.
Early Career in Vermont
Xeocas joined Vermont on 20 June 2024. During his time in Vermont, he proposed numerous governmental reforms and owned the town of Yarmouth before relocating to Unity, transferring Yarmouth to MrChief.
4th Legislature
Following the impeachment of Sergiothecrafter for violating the Freedom Compact, Xeocas was appointed **5th Vice-President of Vermont** for the remainder of the 4th Legislature. During this term, he proposed and helped ratify a revised Vermont constitution to restore order to the government.
5th Legislature
Under President Mikesworldus, Xeocas was appointed **Secretary of State of Vermont** and proposed Vermont’s first comprehensive budget, which was signed into law. He resigned from this role due to corruption within the executive and judicial branches. Xeocas later left Vermont on 8 August 2024.
Chief Justice
Upon returning in late September 2024, Xeocas was appointed **Chief Justice of Vermont** under the new 3rd Constitution, serving from 15 October – 1 December 2024. He also headed Vermont’s Electoral Commission as a permanent member, overseeing multiple elections across Vermont’s member states, until his departure to Cascadia on 1 November 2024.
Secretary of the Treasury
Xeocas briefly returned to Vermont to serve as **Secretary of the Treasury** from 25 March – 1 May 2025.
Pilbara
Xeocas joined Pilbara on 9 August 2024, creating the town of Providence two days later. He founded the Pilbaran Nationalist Front (PNF), a centre-right political party focused on wealth creation and development. Xeocas served as an advisor on empire affairs and helped implement the “Make Pilbara Rich Again” initiative with unitativebog and kobicraft. He departed Pilbara on 2 September 2024, receiving honorary citizenship for his contributions.
Wollaston
Xeocas joined Wollaston on 2 September 2024 before returning to Vermont to co-author the 3rd Constitution with Farosh.
Cascadia
Xeocas became a Cascadian citizen on 1 November 2024. His legislative and executive legacy in Cascadia includes multiple welfare reforms, expansion of Cascaid, University of Cascadia reform, the Public Trust Act, the Major Crimes Act, and the Liberation of Olympia Act.
House of Representatives
Xeocas served in the **Cascadian House of Representatives** in the 29th (special election), 30th, 33rd, 35th, 38th, and 41st Legislatures.
Vice Presidency
Xeocas was elected **25th Vice President of Cascadia** on 19 January 2025, serving until 16 March 2025 under President Farosh.
Deputy Prime Minister of Havaiki
Xeocas served as Deputy Prime Minister of Havaiki from 17 February – 1 April 2025 until the office was abolished.
City Executive of Olympia
Xeocas was first elected City Executive on 18 May 2025. During his term, he oversaw:
- Transition from group chat to a private server
- Revitalisation of the ice-rail connecting Olympia, Avallone, Cascadia, and Cascadia_Capital
- National Ice-way reformation
- Expansion of the Cascadian Hall of Fame
- Recruitment and zoning projects
- Holiday and event initiatives including Halloween and Christmas
- Construction of a new skyscraper and the Cascadian Distribution Center (CDC)
- Formation of the Advisory Board for Olympia
- Numerous Ordinances involving specific town initiatives (Wither-rose ban, Xeoboat initiative)
Xeocas temporarily stepped down on 17 August 2025 when Kipiscute became City Executive and resumed on 21 September 2025.
Attorney General
Xeocas was appointed Attorney General of Cascadia on 21 September 2025 by BergenFly, serving until 3 January 2026 under multiple presidential administrations.
