4Floppa (spawned July 17, 2022) is a Cascadian politician and businessman who has served as member of the Cascadia House of Representatives for the Southern constituency and as First Lady to president Whatok_ since December 15, 2024. They are the mayor of the city of California, a large city in Southern Cascadia.
