Japanized was a player from Terra Nova who joined in November 2018. He is a famous player for such a global scale he influenced and the longevity of his influence, Although currently he has stated "retirement from Earthmc".
Early History
Japanized’s emergence in EarthMC in November 2018 marked the beginning of a trajectory that would span multiple regions, settlements, and political landscapes. Starting in Northern Norway, he moved between towns, exploring the structures of various communities before finding a lasting foothold in Gorod Drakona, a settlement within Soviet Russia. His time in Gorod Drakona was defined by steady political ascent. Through active participation and diplomatic engagement, he secured positions of Councillor and later Chancellor, where he played a role in shaping the early governance of Scythia. His ability to influence internal affairs and regional politics during this period positioned him as a key figure within the town’s leadership, however, like many players who seek to establish independent influence, Japanized eventually departed from Gorod Drakona to found his own settlement—Astrakhan, located to the south of the capital. This transition marked a shift from political administration within an existing power structure to territorial governance and city-building, a move that brought new challenges and opportunities. Under Japanized’s leadership, Astrakhan grew into a major settlement, reaching /t list 1, a position reserved for the most prominent towns in EarthMC. Its compact design and central location in the Steppe region contributed to both its success and its vulnerabilities. The high visibility and dense layout of the town made it a frequent target for raids and internal sabotage, reflecting the difficulties of maintaining security in a settlement with both strategic and economic value, despite these challenges, Astrakhan remained an influential presence in the region, and Japanized oversaw the construction of notable structures, including adaptations of the Tibetan Palace and Bulgarian Walls. These architectural projects suggest an interest in incorporating elements of established real-world civilizations into the town’s aesthetic, further embedding it into the larger cultural landscape of EarthMC. However, Scythia as a whole began to decline in activity, and with it, Astrakhan faced diminishing engagement from its residents. Recognizing this shift, Japanized made the decision to sell the town, a move that reflected a pragmatic understanding of its future viability. His next transition led him to Greater-Armenia, a region where he briefly established himself before receiving an invitation from the Queen of Vietnam, prompting another relocation. Japanized’s journey in EarthMC is one characterized by strategic mobility, political adaptability, and territorial ambition. From his early roles in Gorod Drakona to the rise and management of Astrakhan, he engaged with multiple aspects of governance, diplomacy, and infrastructure development. His trajectory mirrors that of many influential figures in EarthMC, whose decisions are shaped by the ebb and flow of regional power. Whether through direct leadership, architectural projects, or political maneuvering, Japanized’s actions contributed to the shifting landscape of the server, marking his presence in multiple regions before ultimately moving toward new opportunities elsewhere.
Mid History
Japanized’s transition from Greater Armenia to Vietnam marked the beginning of a period where his leadership abilities would be tested on a grander scale. Upon his arrival, he was offered a position of significant influence, taking on the roles of Prince, Chancellor, and Mayor—titles that placed him at the heart of Vietnamese governance. His approach to building a "Better Vietnam" was swift and decisive. One of his most notable contributions was the establishment of Quang Ngai, a major port city in Central Vietnam that quickly rose to prominence as one of Southeast Asia’s most populous settlements.
During his tenure, Japanized played a critical role in maintaining the unity of Vietnam, overseeing the construction of railroads that connected the country's key regions and managing the kingdom’s economic resources with precision. His efforts not only strengthened Vietnam internally but also caught the attention of neighboring powers. Among them was Cambodia, a nation that, by this point, had been weakened and fatigued by internal struggles. After two days of negotiations, Japanized secured control over Cambodia, becoming its Emperor and expanding his influence beyond Vietnam’s borders.
However, an unforeseen event altered the course of Cambodia’s fate. As its governance was being transferred to a new administrative center, a technical failure led to an unprecedented situation: Cambodia, though still recognized as an existing nation, was left with no active towns or leadership. The error left the country in a limbo-state, effectively dissolving its power structure and rendering it leaderless. For six months, Japanized remained without a nation to govern, until he was granted 1024 gold—a fortune that allowed him to establish a new state, which he named Khmer.
Khmer’s foundation, however, immediately provoked regional tensions. Siam, a dominant power in the region, had promised land to partition the land with Vietnam, without the approval of Cambodia and viewed the rise of Khmer as a direct violation of its territorial claims. This led to the outbreak of the War of Khmer Independence. Initially, Khmer forces were able to hold their own against Siam, but when Byzantine and Qin; two of the world’s great powers—declared their intent to suppress the nation, the war’s outcome became inevitable. Facing overwhelming opposition, Japanized engaged in peace talks to hopefully secure more idealistic term, in which he secured Khmer’s independence in exchange for a 75-gold tribute to Siam.
Despite this diplomatic resolution, fate intervened once more. The same technical failure that had once erased Cambodia struck again, leading to the collapse of Khmer before it could fully establish itself. With the nation once again lost to the void, Japanized’s ambitions in the region were ultimately undone; not by war, but by the general laggy nature and fate the world would have it
Late History
Japanized’s journey continued with his ascension in Japan, where he swiftly rose through the ranks to claim the title of King. However, the intricate bureaucracy and internal constraints of the nation soon wore on him. Seeking a more dynamic arena, he departed from Japan and joined Korea, drawn by the opportunity to participate in a conflict ignited by tensions between the Qing and the Northwestern Territories. With war looming, Japanized enlisted in the Korean army and took part in a victorious campaign, marking a decisive victory in the war. Following this, he became embroiled in the Chinese Civil War, a vast and chaotic conflict that saw multiple factions vying for dominance over China-Proper. Japanized did not merely participate in this war—he became one of its most feared and effective commanders. Rising to the rank of Major General within the rebel forces, he leveraged his exceptional PvP skills to devastating effect, personally amassing a high kill count that struck fear into his adversaries. His mastery of battlefield tactics, mobility, and direct combat engagements allowed him to lead his troops through key engagements across China, securing victories where the rebels would have otherwise faltered. It was during this period that he encountered CobetKhei, a fellow commander with whom he would forge a formidable battlefield alliance. Together, they coordinated strategic strikes on enemy strongholds, forcing the opposition into a war of attrition that drained their resources and morale. Japanized’s presence on the battlefield was not merely symbolic—his direct contributions altered the course of engagements, ensuring that the rebels remained a force to be reckoned with throughout the civil war. However, despite his battlefield success, he eventually chose to move on, leaving behind a war-torn China still embroiled in conflict as he sought new challenges. His journey next took him to Burma, where he orchestrated the rebirth of a nation, adopting an aggressive foreign policy that would rapidly alter the regional balance of power. In November 2019, his army marched into Bangladesh and annexed it, expanding Burmese influence. Emboldened by this success, he demanded control of Eastern India, a demand that was met with compliance rather than resistance. Seeking to further consolidate power in Southeast Asia, Japanized entered an agreement with Vietnam to partition Siam, launching a campaign along Siam’s border and capturing strategic ports. However, the war took an unexpected turn when the Vietnamese leader was banned for duping, abruptly weakening their alliance. With the situation shifting, Japanized withdrew his forces and negotiated a white peace, but his frustration at not securing any territorial gains led him to abdicate the throne, transferring power to a trusted ally. Following his departure from Burma, Japanized initially planned to establish a new town, Suao, for the Han faction, but ultimately decided against it. Instead, he defected to Xia, where he took part in infrastructure projects and seized opportunities to raid and plunder rival territories whenever conditions favored him. His next major political maneuver brought him to the Republic of China (R.O.C.), where his long-time ally, Chiang Kai-Shek (CobetKhei), offered him the role of Chancellor. Japanized accepted, assuming yet another position of high political standing. However, much like his experience in Japan, the period proved uneventful, leading to growing disillusionment with the political stagnation of EarthMC. As time passed, his engagement waned. His town fell into inactivity, and upon his eventual return, he found himself without a nation. Seeking a final endeavor, he joined Date, with aspirations of shaping Northern Japan, but many of his plans never fully materialized. After four years of conquest, diplomacy, and leadership, Japanized, having played a pivotal role in multiple nations and conflicts, departed EarthMC for good, leaving behind a legacy defined by strategic ambition, military campaigns, and political adaptability.
