Kigali is a town owned by glennjerman that is the capital of Rwanda. It was founded on the 21st November 2020, soon joining Nubia. However, the town would attempt a rebellion from Nubia and get insided, losing 800+ gold. It would join Sudan after this, however would be asked to leave the nation and join Katanga, which it did. After a few weeks in Katanga, they had enough gold to make their own nation again.
