Phi is the councillor of Taira, Japan.
History
Phi first joined the server on 27 April 2020, on this day he joined North Korea because he thought it would be an interesting nation. On 29 April he met Julianmxchoppa and Vicky151 in Pyongyang and decided to join their town, which at the time was Voliograd.
He founded the town Kapsan, and later gave it away some time in late 2020 because he wanted to quit the server and didn't want his town to fall (even though it eventually did).
He rejoined the server some time in 2021 and joined Tokyo because he wanted to return to Japan but didn't want to own a town again.
He joined the town Taira after he became friends with Molly_Chan and became the councillor of Taira.
