Before the establishment of Ronne, when Utopia was still a small town with only one chunk, LokiBeeper claimed sovereignty over the green land in the north of today Ronne and its surrounding areas, including Utopia. However, with the establishment of the Ronnie Free Territory, the two sides agreed to take the x-axis -10777 as their land boundary, which was supported and confirmed by Egalitarian People's Republic of Tierra Del Fuego and Antarctica (EPRA, called "Tierra_Del_Fuego" in the game).

However, the other towns have implemented the enrollment expansion plan, which has brought about a turnaround in the decline. Among them, Utopia has absorbed some residents from the former Eastern Expansion Area who are willing to continue to live in Ronne and added some new residents under the recruitment of MindePercy. Sunari has maintained a positive recruitment policy since the period of the Great Eastern Expansion.

Vojage, the "Leader" of the town of Sunari, played a certain role in planning and political planning for Ronne in this period. In addition, as for Sunari, the town put its energy into economic construction on a large scale during this period, which made the western part of Ronne achieve substantial development; MindePercy, the "Leader" of Ronne at that time, and Hannah1109, another resident of Utopia, worked hard to laid a good foundation for Ronne full recovery.

On September 23, 2023, Ronne and AU conducted the second border negotiation. After multiple rounds of discussions and considerations, the border on the Antarctic Peninsula was finally determined.
On the same day, the former AU town of Hielo joined Ronne.

Dark Age
In October 2023, Ronne began to decline significantly. This was partly related to the silence of Ronne’s East Asian players and partly due to changes in EMC policies. Many started to realize that the rapid development over the past two months might contain a significant amount of “bubble” elements.
On October 4, 2023, the mayor of the town Hielo, mandimcflyyt, who had joined Ronne less than a month ago, was permanently banned for violations. It was foreseeable that Ronne would lose this large town.

On the same day, the southern town of Arrica was disbanded because its members had not logged in for more than 42 days. Ronne once again lost all southern inland towns.
On October 14, 2023, the town of kurage was disbanded because its members had not logged in for more than 42 days.
On October 21, 2023, anticipating the system’s disbandment of the town of Shibamata, Ronne disbanded it and recovered it as gold, preventing further losses.
By this point, except for New_Verdun, all the towns added to Ronne from August to September 2023 had been lost. The development “bubble” had completely burst.

Ronne entered a dark age lasting about nine months. During this time, there was no recorded history, with an average daily active population of less than one person. The population and towns decreased, inventories shrank, and political activities came to a standstill. Due to the lack of records, many events during this period have no first-hand historical sources and can only be inferred later.
On November 20, 2023, the town of New_Verdun was disbanded because its members had not logged in for more than 42 days.
On November 20, 2023, the town of Hielo was disbanded because its members had not logged in for more than 42 days.
By the end of November 2023, Ronne’s political activities had basically stalled, and the Efficiency Committee had no substantial activities.
Starting in December 2023, Ronne’s precise historical records began to lack documentation, leading to historical gaps.
Around January 7 to January 16, 2024, the town of puffytown was disbanded for unknown reasons. The establishment time, joining time, and specific location of the town are unknown.
Around January 17 to January 20, 2024, the town of hokkyoku was disbanded because its members had not logged in for more than 42 days.
On February 9, 2024, Ronne’s “Chinese New Year False Thaw” began.
Under the influence of the “Chinese New Year False Thaw”, the town of Haven was established on the old site of the former town of Icepost around February 11, 2024, and was disbanded around April 13, 2024, because its members had not logged in for more than 42 days.
On February 15, 2024, the Krillburg Border Crisis Incident broke out.
On February 22, 2024, the town of Gerumo was established and joined by former residents of the town of Sunari.
On March 12, 2024, the town of Ichigo_Ichie was established and joined, becoming Ronne’s first map painting creation town. This town was voluntarily disbanded on March 30 or 31, 2024, because the town’s “leader” temporarily left EMC.
By the end of March 2024, the “Chinese New Year False Thaw” had completely stopped.
No historical records were made in April 2024. It is also possible that Ronne had no activities at all during this period.
Chinese New Year False Thaw
On February 9, 2024, the eve of the Chinese traditional Lunar New Year (i.e., Chinese New Year's Eve), Ronne’s “leader” NullSelfice attempted to revive Ronne's activities. However, the results and scope were limited, with no political measures taken and only some substantial construction work carried out personally by NullSelfice.

The warming signs were mostly limited to the “capital” Utopia. Construction work in the Utopia residential area continued, the Ronne Public Hall was renovated, and the Ronne warehouse was adjusted to some extent.
As of late March 2024, the warming had basically stopped, and the Utopia residential area project stalled again. The overall situation of the dark age in Ronne did not improve at all.

Krillburg Border Crisis Incident
Aurora:Ronne/Krillburg_Border_Crisis_Incident(English)
On February 15, 2024, because the town in the Krillburg area occupied by the Polar Republic (PR) had disbanded, NullSelfice announced the “restoration of Ronne’s ownership of Krillburg” due to its historical significance to Ronne.
Since the Efficiency Committee had already stalled during the dark age, this decision to restore ownership did not pass the committee's review and led to a protest from the Polar Republic due to unilateral border changes.
At this time, the Polar Republic was at its peak, so it immediately took military action in the region, quickly reoccupying the area and instructing the mod to restore the area to its original state. The ruins of Krillburg were instantly destroyed and disappeared completely.
On February 16, 2024, both sides involved in the incident, Ronne Free Territory and the Polar Republic, apologized to each other and reached an understanding, redrawing the final version of the border agreement.
This incident was seen as a humiliation for Ronne and symbolized the complete entry into the dark age. It reflected the thorough decline of Ronne.
After the incident, the Ronne-AU Official Alliance Treaty effectivelyceased to be valid.
Redemption and Revival
In April 2024, Ronne reached the lowest point of its dark period. Starting from May 2024, the overall environment in Ronne began to show initial signs of recovery, though the process was fraught with difficulties.
On May 1, 2024, the former “leader” of the town of Ichigo_Ichie, KazukoKawakami, returned and established the town of Kuō_Kawai_Mer as Ronne’s new map painting creation town.
In mid-May 2024, the Utopia residential area project resumed construction.
On May 25, 2024, Ronne suffered a massive theft of its vault by the de facto king of Papua, NonExpert, leaving the Ronne vault empty and greatly diminishing the residents’ morale for Ronne’s revival efforts.
On June 23, 2024, the “leader” of the town of Red Magic Town, Chao220, voluntarily went completely missing for unknown reasons.
