Kiir is a Totalitarian Oligarchy. [[Driifter]] and [[Noahser]] have absolute power over the town, this is how they managed to make Outer Kiir large, and redirect the slums to the south. Totalitarianism has been Kiirs main Political System since its founding, with previous high ranks being [[Lopile]], AlexCreatus, and Novamaeda. The economic system is State Capitalism, with several shops across the town. Residents can maybe make shops, but they have to ask either Noahser or Driifter first.
