Nubia, otherwise known as the Fourth Nubian Empire, is an powerful and rapidly expanding nation on EarthMC Terra Nostra, and is a founding member of the African Union. So far, Nubia's influence through its meganation, the Fourth Nubian Empire (FNE), stretches across Africa and Asia. However, it's influence is most prominent within Africa. The founding of Nubia on 18 April 2026, upon the early release of Terra Nostra, was the reincarnation of Nubia from Terra Nova and Aurora; the key figures involved in founding included Emperor twomoo1119 and ex-Emperors Thee Boss and MrPickle26.
The Fourth Nubian Empire is a constitutional monarchy, defined by democratic characteristics, including the election of six ministerial positions that form the Cabinet. The meganation is further subdivided into the Upper Bracket (Pastures) and Lower Bracket (Herds), with devolved responsibilites for regional and local governance. The Pastures are funded, protected, and actively considered a part of Nubia proper when in foreign diplomacy, and are protected as such. Herds are not protected, funded, or treated as equals with Nubia, and in turn are not controlled in foreign politics, with the exception of being prohibited from allying with nations or organisations which work against or threaten Nubia. The role of Grand Bovine, an advisory position, is also held by those involved in the foundation of the Fourth Nubian Empire - Emperor twomoo1119, Thee Boss and MrPickle26 - who help the current Emperor make decisions, and/or help run the nation in times of unavailability from the Emperor, or if the Emperor feels he or she cannot handle the situation at hand.

The Fourth Nubian Empire consists of multiple nations within Africa and Asia. Currently, it totals 5 nations and is spread from the northernmost parts of the Sinai Peninsula down to South Africa.

Flag
The Nubian flag reused the flag from Nova and Aurora, which is a vertical tricolour. The most speculated symbolism of the flag is that the fly end of the flag is dyed brown to represent the people of the East African coast. The middle band is also dyed white as to represent the White Nile River which flows through the center of the nation. The black band represents the fertility of the Nile River and the land that sits by it. Another popular theory is that the Nubian flag represents the typical colors of a cow, black-white-brown, to support Big Cow. While this theory has mainly grown popular within Terra Aurora, many believe the reasonings can be traced back to the First and Second Nubian Empire.
Religion
Big Cow is the religious figure of Nubia and the Fourth Nubian Empire. Big Cow is a mystical being that is everything, everywhere, at any time. 'Big Cow is Always Watching', and continues to influence thousands across the EarthMC community. Even new players are influenced by Big Cow, whether it be ending up with Big Cow map art or buying 1-gold tools and armour from the Nubian gear shop which continues to be the cheapest and largest major tool and armour shop on the server. Big Cow helps to turn the tide of wars, conflicts, and misunderstandings in Nubia's favour. Despite this, all forms of religion, spirituality, and personal belief are welcomed within the Grand Pasture of Nubia, and no citizen shall be compelled to adopt any belief, doctrine, or spiritual practice against their will (as per the Constitmootion)
Constitmootion
The Constitmootion (constitution) of the Grand Pasture of Nubia is the official constitution of the nation. Largely similar to the Constitution of the Second Nubian Empire, this constitution outlined: (1) the Grazing Assembly (Emperor, Grand Bovines, and 6 ministers), (2) the Common Herd, (3) Nations Part of the FNE, (4) Flag Standards for Nubia, as well as (5) Belief, Wisdom and the Nature of Big Cow.
