Underrrr
underrrr is the Viceroy of Iberian Angola. He is a player from the time of old Portugal, the former mayor of a Brazilian city called Nova Lisboa.
History
The Beginning
He started his journey at EMC in the 2019 Boom, where he joined the Kingdom of Portugal, although quite inactive. Did not participate in the The Iberian War.
The Return
He returned to the Server at the end of May this year, where he spent a few hours in a city called Carceres in Spain and later went into exile to Brazil. He was invited to join France, a city in the North of Brazil. He stayed there for about one to two months, where he built several buildings that are currently characteristic of the city, such as the Portuguese Caravel Lusitania, a Cinema, a Garden with two Lion statues and France's Police station. He decided of his own volition and encouraged by Olivio90 to join a small towns aid program by becoming co-mayor of one of these small towns and help them grow. This was his worst mistake.
A New Challenge
Of the cities in need of support, he chose a one-chunk city in southern Brazil, close to the border with Paraguay, York. At the time, underrr helped the mayor to expand the city, by buying chunks of his own gold and building in a city that was once just bushland. While expanding the city, underrrr improved Brazil's relations by creating a strong friendship with FranchuFranchu, then mayor of neighboring Paraguayan city Asuncion. underrr was hearing rumors that wenyu aka IronMaidenator, the mayor of York, was known to have been part of the Fascist Political Party of Brazil on the server and that all care would be too little with him for being an unstable person and at any time to expel him from the city and keep him the merit of all constructions made by underrrr. So, in just one day, underrrr dismantled all the buildings he had built in that city and returned to France. He is not proud of having done what he did, but if he could go back he would do the same.
Back to Square One
With his sudden departure from York, underrrr still had York City's creative world plans to replicate on the server and still had. Thus, he decided to rethink his original project: If you can't go back to an Independent Portugal, the Independent Portugal would need to come to Brazil. There was only one big problem: underrrr had invested all of his gold in York and didn't have the gold needed to start the city. That's how, with the help of MareshallZorn, they started a fundraising campaign for a new city in Brazil. With the support of many popular facets of Brazil such as the province members of Manabi, ArtistGames, Marechall, Rossome0203 and Gloire_Brazil, underrrr managed to get enough gold to create the town and even expand some chunks. The Portuguese city created on July 25, 2021 in Southeastern Brazil, was to become independent, but with the unexpected support of many Brazilian personalities, it ended up staying in Brazil.
Belle Époque
In this time, underrrr was elevated to Bishop of Brazil by the Holy Pope on August 26th, 2021. underrrr had big plans for Brazil's political future, he tried to make big reforms, but without the support of the nation's holder, he couldn't go very far in politics:
- Participated in the Senate as a Senator for four consecutive months;
- He was Minister of Culture in June 2021;
- He was Minister of Foreign Affairs in July 2021 where he formulated the S.A.A. (South America Alliance) with La Plata;
- He was Chancellor of Brazil in August 2021, where he proposed a change in the Brazilian political system because it was not efficient and the holder refused to do its job.
He took a break from his political life, believing that the Brazilian system. He was focused on improving and expanding his town, Nova Lisboa.
The Olivean Purchase
After many months Olivio90 bought his town, but in return, underrrr had to leave South America for good.
Recent Events
After talking to 32Pengun with the great assistance of Gran_Capitan mediating, underrrr established a new African Viceroyalty in order to carry on the Spanish African legacy of Guinea. It was a huge success: In the day the nation was founded, many nation leaders came to visit and warmly welcomed Iberian Angola to the African Community.
