The Antarctic Sovereignty Party is a defunct political party created by Admiral Kurtz on the 24th of November 2023 and reorganized two days later as the Polar Independence Entente. Their central philosophy was the "Five Sovereignties" of player, town, nation, Union, and Antarctica. They were committed primarily to Pan-Antarcticism, disentanglement from foreign conflicts, and the self-government rights of Union members.

History

On the 23rd of November, Admiral Kurtz inquired about the philosophy of the existing AU parties. Troubled by growing interventionism and talks of polar unification, she was unsatisfied with the answers and resolved to establish her own party committed to focusing on Antarctica. The Antarctic Sovereignty Party was established soon thereafter on a platform of supporting the "Five Sovereignties," and accordingly opposed to commitments beyond the Antarctic continent.

The Party quickly released a statement opposing the polar unification referendum initiated the same day, but also committing the Party to support the government through either outcome.

Following the referendum's passage, the Party was reorganized as the Polar Independence Entente.
