Indochinese-Yunnanese Border Dispute
The Indochinese-Yunnanese Border Dispute was a low-intensity conflict and an undeclared war which began after Yunnan was established on 12 January 2021 and attempted to claim the area around the Hong River which flows through Indochinese territory.
After Yunnan claimed the Hong River which formed hostile relations between Yunnan and Indochina, Indochinese attacks began to occur at the Capital of Yunnan, Dali. As well as attacks, landmines were also placed around Dali which further increased the tensions between both nations.
The conflict came to an end after ShadowSlash_ left Yunnan and Yunnanese Emperor 2019s was banned.
Background
Prior to Yunnan being established, current Prime Minister of Yunnan, ShadowSlash_ had joined Bangkok in late 2020. Whilst apart of Indochina he wanted to run for Prime Minister and advocated for peace with Vietnam and Malaysia, two rebel nations of Indochina, calling himself a sympathiser of Vietnam specifically. These events and his misunderstanding on how EarthMC worked made him extremely unfavourable in Indochina.
ShadowSlash_ was then kicked from Bangkok as Fluxeeh thought he was extremely power hungry. After these events ShadowSlash_ wished to create the town of Chiang_Mai and create a rebel nation of Indochina called the Kingdom of Chiang Mai.
Afterwards, ShadowSlash_ moved to Israel where he created a town called Yanbu which he later disbanded which caused many citizens of Israel to be annoyed at him. He then moved to Seychelles where he met 2019s and a few days later created Dali on the 30th of December. Seychelles was then disbanded on 4 January 2021 and Yunnan was created on 12 January 2021 and 2019s was made the Emperor.
Clashes
Since the beginning of 2021 there has been skirmishes occurring in Yunnan and Northern Vietnam. On 13 January, Indochina attacked Dali and found quite a lot of success as Yunnan died around 12 times that day which caused an increase of motivation for the Indochinese. These losses for Yunnan were caused by TNT being pushed into Dali's claims and from being outside claims and being killed.
On 13 February, Yunnan partisans from Nubia began a skirmish at the Indochinese city of Vinh after tensions heightened after words were exchanged between Indochina and Yunnan which angered Yunnan and their supporters. The skirmish lasted 25 seconds<ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hA4dHuEAuag&ab_channel=Lumpoon</ref> after Lumpoon and GuyKakyoin killed both Vitalgames and You_Go_Slavia.
Fall of Yunnan
On 14 February, Emperor 2019s was permanently banned from EarthMC for breaking Rule 2.7. It was expected that ShadowSlash_ was going to become new Emperor of the nation but he had left the nation on March 7 and moved to Guinea. With ShadowSlash_ being the main cause for the conflict in the first place, the conflict came to an end when he left.
Reactions
The Rajasa Pact declared Yunnan a terrorist nation and backed Indochina in the dispute. The Commonwealth also supported Indochina in the conflict meanwhile Yunnan was supported by Moroccan Kingdom and Nubian Partisans.
