History
Early History (January to February of 2020)
Birth in Nepal
Matthew_Hodges intially spawned under the name 1203927 in the nation of Nepal, creating basic tools and walking eastwards, oblivious to what awaited him. He was quickly snagged up into a resident of the Qing Dynasty in Manchuria by Mr_X1234, being given a plot of land in LiaoYang and a set of Diamond Armor.
Flashbabcks from Fiji
Not too long afterwards, Matthew was in a Qing voice channel and was told there was "free stone" at Fiji, unaware of the antics of Mineturtle795 at the time. He was swiftly killed with a near-God Armor set and God Axe, leading to trust issues with /n spawns, keeping all valuable items in his Ender Chest until needed. This has been altered by an attempted scam in December of 2020, with him nearly being killed due to wearing no armor. Since then, he now is very on-guard at all times.
Shaping of Memory (March to July of 2020)
Transfer of Towns
Around March of 2020, Matthew transferred over to a town west of the capital LiaoYang called Qiqihar, quickly gaining enough trust to become a councilor and right-hand man to PotatoInSpace, the mayor of the town. This leads up to the next major event, in which Potato bought the nation of Gold Coast in West Africa. Beforehand Potato transferred the mayorship over to Matthew, and told him to delete the town. The order was subsequently followed, and still regretted by Matthew to this day.
The Crisis of Qiqihar
Once the news was heard by the Emperor Mr_X1234, he was understandably pissed due to Qiqihar's strategic positioning, escorting Matt to reclaim the town. But coincidentally, a glitch deleted the town for a second time. The gold was refunded, but this time the Emperor let Matthew keep the gold due to the Qing Dynasty's near-complete decline on the server.
Move to the Philippines
Before the Qiqihar deletion, Matthew had moved his items to an embassy in Gold Coast as a temporary storage solution. From here he teleported to and sailed south from Taiwan to the northern tip of Luzon of the Philippines, creating a new town named Aparri at the site of a fallen town. Once this was achieved, he led a solitary life, oblivious to the politics of the server while also ordering some sheep and cows to farm along the way. Also worth mentioning that during this period he joined the nation Filipinas out of convenience.
The End of Aparri
Not knowing what the "Inn" plot did, he set the main chunk of the town to be an "Inn" plot, getting everything valuable stolen, discouraging him so much that he left for 3 months to delete the town and to continue playing on anarchy.
New Beginnings (Nov. 2020 to Present)
The Second Arrival
After months of inactivity, on November 19, 2020, 1203927 returned to the server under the new name of Matthew_Hodges and a new look to find the server in a bit of a different shape than previously. He was quickly snagged up by Twomoo119 into Mersa, Nubia. Not too long after this, he drafted up plans of making a new town in the previous territory of the Qing Dynasty, transferring his items to an embassy in the nation Asia to prepare to move. And by a stroke of luck, when he attended a drop in Madagascar, he got 64 Gold Blocks (aka 512 Gold Ingots)
A New Leader
Only a few days after the gold drop, the user Kolleen was selling off their 28-chunk nation (named 4.1ContactStaff at the time) for only 200G, which was perfectly situated in Western China. From here Matthew bought the micronation and renamed the town to Guizhou, after the province its located. Meanwhile the nation itself was renamed to the PRC (People's Republic of China).
Friendship into Siberia
After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, Matthew was approached by Leny1135 of the PRS, who explained his doctrine of the PRS, which was shared by Matthew. This directly led to in late December, Matthew putting the PRC into the PRS.
