The Prime Minister of the Antarctic Union is the head of state, head of government, and chief executive of the Antarctic Union. It represents the people of Antarctic Union in the Assembly, and chairs the Cabinet. While the position historically served a two week term, this term was increased to a month following the September 2023 Antarctic Union referendum. The Prime Minister is an incredibly important position on a global stage, as they serve as the Union's representative to the world. They are elected by the Assembly, and are subject to its confidence.
