Capital Description:
Located in Montesquieu County, Newfoundland & Labrador. These counties are hypothetical and are not official but some of the names come from an EarthMC town or a town in real life. The spawn point is the blue tower but this will be changed to a more open space soon. The town includes a Pissist church, an Avalonian embassy, a Domino's and residential areas. Domino also will have a lighthouse on Belle Isle in the future. There used to be a bridge here that was supposed to go to Lewisporte County, Newfoundland and originally St Lawrence County but was shelved in the middle of construction. This bridge is currently being demolished and parts of it can still be seen east of Belle Isle. The town also includes an ECIR station across from Domino's.
ECIR:
The ECIR (Eastern Canada Ice Rail) network will have two lines, A and B. The A line goes from west to east and vice versa and the B line goes north to south and vice versa. During the first phase of construction, SaltedSuris, mayor of Domino, demolished a part of the ECIR due to interruption with town expansion. The tracks can still be seen abondoned in Southern Domino. Construction was paused for a few days and was resumed and rerouted to be underground near Domino. This is why there's a southern curve just west of the county border between Montesquieu and Nouvelle-France counties. It is unknown when/if these abandoned tracks will be demolished anytime soon. The ECIR network (A line) only goes to Québec (Nouvelle-France) for now but will eventually extend to Dildo/Pee Pee Island and Aurora and potentially Rennes in the future. An infill station at Poo Hamlet is also likely but on hold due to budget cuts. Line B is also planning to serve Domino station when phase 1 opens to Labrador Navy serving SilentScream and Stephenville before that stop. Phase 2 of the B line will include an extension to Halifax with intermediate stops at Bogarin, and Sapphos. And there's a potential phase 3 to extend the line to Stanhope, Aurora and even outside of the St. John's metropolitan area in Kempten in Vlosluit County. It will serve intermediate stops at Sandwich Bay and Old Hopedale. Rumors of either the B line or A Line extending to Minetopia and/or Saint John have been floating around too, along with including a branch on the A line going to Montréal after the stock market collapse of the Newfoundland Railway that goes from Domino to Melbourg and Northwest Lake created by ObsidianGuy21. The Newfoundland Railway was supposed to have a paying system but was cancelled due to ObsidianGuy21 moving to Nubia due to refusal by SaltedSuris for going to war with Tanzania. He has since moved back and his unknown whether or not he will scrap the paying system or even continue service. The potential Line A plan will start from Dildo/Pee Pee Island and will have intermediate stops at St. Lawrence, Hampden, SilentScream, Empire Bay, Melbourg, Sept-Îles/Braine, Stoneham, Port Cartier, and Saguenay. The time frame for all of this is unknown. The developer on this project, ii_adzasc has discussed with county officials in Western Québec, Ontario and Manitoba. They discussed the potential of constructing a long term extension from the potential stop at Rennes to Keewatin. The ECIR would have to be rebranded and renamed. There's a potential it could be renamed to the CHSIR (Canada High Speed Ice Rail) if the ECIR goes west of Ontario. A less complicated name is also being explored
