Adrian Volkov, Sr. Overview
|
Adrian Volkov, Sr. was a retired entrepreneur. He was also the mayor of Albany, New York until 3 June, 2021. Prior to becoming mayor of Albany, he worked as a salesman in south Philadelphia and New York City. He was also a candidate for the March, 2021 presidential election in the United States.
Adrian Volkov, Sr. was one of the politicians exposed for corruption in the May 14th Rawhide Leaks.
Copies of Volkov's two journals he kept during the USA/NAP Cold War were sold to several people, including someone who would put them on display at the Cascadian library. These books detailed Volkov's journey as an immigrant from Russia, his criminal past, his mayorship in Albany, and his association with the NAP.
Adrian Volkov, Sr. died in Albany on August 25, 2021. His body was among the ones stolen in the Albany Corpse Theft.
Adrian Volkov, Sr.'s involvement with Albany
Adrian Volkov, Sr. founded the town of Albany, New York, on February 12, 2021. Lucas2011, governor of New York, assisted him financially. Despite this, Albany had a rocky start as the war between the USA and the NAP took a toll on the small town. LawOfRence claimblocked most of Albany, and trespassing from NAP soldiers and collaborators was frequent.
The loss of local business due to international hate of the USA led to the town and its residents going bankrupt, and Volkov had to borrow a small loan of 364 gold from a reputable local politician to help support Volkov and the town as a whole.
Following the decline in conflict and the de facto end to the war, Albany began to prosper, especially with the help of town councillors BetaCheese and deathlife23.
Lots of new houses, a church and community center, several new roads, and an in-progress library are just a few of the many wondrous strides of progress that came to Albany with the help of Volkov and BetaCheese.
Adrian Volkov, Sr.'s Businesses History
During his career in Russia, Adrian Volkov, Sr. partnered with two of the Anthony-Irish Company's subsidiary companies, including Tony's Diner on the ice highway and Schrippa Waste Ltd. After these ventures turned little profit, he decided to seek a better life in America, so he moved to Philadelphia and into a free apartment provided by Pirate_Ron and OrangeJuiceMoose.
After settling into his new life in America, he raided the former city of Empire_X near Cascadia, and huckstered out the items he stole for economy prices in the international market, primarily conducting his deals in Boston. Another city he raided was Vibe City of Lacusmagnia. He donated some of the items he stole to constructions in the town of Columbus, Ohio (defunct), as well as food giveaways at events like the first wedding of BluePanther26.
Adrian Volkov, Sr.'s Personal Life
Adrian Volkov, Sr. was an avid collector of musical records, and a fan of Florida aesthetics. To him, everywhere was the right place to dress like you're in Miami. He wanted to go to Florida when he had a break from his busy work schedule, but the war overwhelmed him and he only visited once when he vandalized the entrance with sunflowers. He was on the hunt for the "Stal" record for most of his life, which nobody seemed to sell at a fair price. He was also a fan of map art rarities.
