New Mexico's capital being named "Las Vegas" also didn't help alleviate tensions ~~and Euphoria~~. The government structure of Euphoria is based on the Magna Carta signed in March 2023. It is a revised, much simpler version of the previous government structure made in November 2021.

Euphoric politics divides itself into 4 categories; The '''Oligarchy''', The '''Populus''', The '''Praetors''', and The '''Church'''.

The Oligarchy is the ruling executive body of Euphoria. It consists of the '''Caesar''', the Emperor and ruler of Euphoria, and of the '''Legates''', close advisors of the Caesar, tasked with maintaining control of their respective bodies of work. The Oligarchy as a whole is tasked with following trough with proposals done by the populus at their own discretion, and managing foreign affairs. They have the power to overrule any citizen requests but also have to power to make them, making them marginally more powerful than the average senator. Legates can only be appointed by the Caesar, and a new Caesar can only be appointed by the previous Caesar.

The Populus consists of the '''Senators''', town mayors, and of the '''Citizens''', average residents of the Empire. Senators have the power to propose legislation, if the proposal gets a 51% approval rate, it is relayed to the Oligarchy, which get the final say on the matter. Citizens can become Senators by the Oligarch's approval, or by making a town. They also have the power to make citizen proposals, which have to be accepted by the Citizens, the Senators, and the Oligarchs.

The Praetors make up the judicial branch of Euphoria. Praetors can or can not be a part of either the Oligarchy, Populus or Church. It divides itself into two main rankings; the '''Summum Praetor''', the supreme judge of Euphoria, appointed by the Caesar, tasked with following through with the laws of the land, however in day to day cases, it normally does not make an appearance. That appearence is made by the '''Praetors''', an odd number of people appointed by the S. Praetor which are tasked with the day to day goings of the jury.

The Church is a sector which is mostly separated from politics, it consists of the '''Pope''', the supreme pontiff of the religion, who is almost always the Caesar, the '''Wellmen''', a holy order made to protect the church's interests violently, and the '''Church (rank)''', which consists of Priests, Bishops, etc. The Pope holds all of the power in church affairs and, on a hierarchical standpoint, is on the same "power level" as the Caesar. The Pope is elected by the Wellmen by a majority vote every month. Although the Wellmen have the power to elect a new pope, they do not have the power to mandate the actual church. The only relevant rank of the church are the Bishops, priests who manage an array of churches across a certain area.
