Seoul, like soul; Korean: 서울, officially the Seoul Special City is a large metropolis in The Japanese Empire.Currently owned and governed by Illunox, Seoul is the oldest city on the Korean peninsula, and one of the oldest on EarthMC. More recently, Seoul has been a major site of modern architectural construction – major modern landmarks include the Seoul Train Station, the first temple of Korea, the Seoul Town Hall, the N Seoul Tower, the mini Tokyo Tower, the Seoul Museum, and more.

Some time around July, Nalasleafheart left Seoul, Korea without notice and joined the town of Toshima, Shimazu. Because of this, xSxlty rose to the position of the new mayor of Seoul, and the town's resident count rapidly dropped.
On August 15th, xSxlty unexpectedly made the executive decision for Seoul to leave the nation of Korea and accept a national invitation from Shimazu. xSxlty ignored all attempts to communication with Korean representatives as well as the concerned citizens of Seoul.
