History of Slesvig
History
Kongsmark was created by 32Lego on December 16. 2019. Kongsmark got claimed by 32Lego on March 25. 2020. The flag of Kongsmark is the original flag of resistance in Kongsmark on Rømø. Kongsmark joined Highlands in March 2020. After several threats from TomBLT (Britain) and Heinikin34 (Germany) was Kongsmark forced to leave Highlands and join Germany. Kongsmark joined Germany on April 3. 2020. Kongsmark is doing really good in Germany and with a good community and residents. The resident Nethrie got a minister role.
May 25th decided the mayor and founder 32Lego to make the earlier Councilor of Kongsmark, Your_Leader to mayor of Kongsmark.
On June 21 2020 was Kongsmark sold back to Germany after Your_Leader joined Britain with Kongsmark. 32Lego gained control over Kongsmark once again and established Dania as an German Kingdom in Denmark.
On October 9th, 2020, Kongsmark left Germany to join Denmark when it got revived again, after failing on uniting Denmark with Dania. Kongsmark also renamed to Slesvig to be more accurate with the area.
Events
The Great Wall of Denmark
April 24 2020 announced the Kanzler of Germany that a border with Britain in Denmark was made just north for Kongsmark. The mayor, LegoDrage, got then a message from the Kaiser of Germany, Heinikin34, that he should claim all of the border. The mayor decided then to build a high wall going from the east coast of Denmark to the western coast of Denmark. The build began April 24 2020 and was done April 26 2020 at midnight. The wall is 182 blocks long and stretches over 12 chunks. The wall is today the greatest construction made in Denmark and will stand forever*. Picture of the wall further down.Template:A1i
Creation of Dania
The nation Germany bought the nation of Saxony and renamed it to Sverige and moved it to the town of Stocka in eastern Sweden. After problems in the town Kongsmark founded by LegoDrage, chosen LegoDrage, the earlier mayor of Stocka to move the nation to Denmark and renaming the nation Dania (Latin for Denmark).
Kongsmark became the capital of Dania but is still a Kingdom of Germany.
Disbandment/Moving of Dania
During the Franco German war, Dania was moved to the town of Stocka, and Kongsmark became fully part of Germany to promote a sense of unity.
Joining Denmark
When Denmark was revived on Oct 8, 2020, 32Lego decided on joining it. Since Lego knew other Danish town lords well, he managed to get Esbjerg and Thisted leave Germany to join Denmark. He also bought Dybbol, a British town.
Population drop
The town had a sudden drop in population, and is currently working to increase it again. Maple_d joined to help recruit, and as he is also a friend of 32Lego. The town went from 3 to 12 in 2 days, and during this time they also decided to rename to 'Slesvig', which sounded more Danish and was also the name of the region.
Population Boom
After Maple_d joined, the town went from 4 - 30 in 4 days. The town is currently growing very fast, and due to Slesvig, Denmark broke the 50 population mark, and achieved the 100 chunk bonus.

The town, over one week got 51 residents, and continues growth everyday by at least 5 residents.
The town got more residents the next day, and is expected to hit 100 residents by the end of December.
Absorbing towns
The town, due to its large growth, needed more space. It decided to annex the towns of Esbjerg, and Dybbol. These towns were not of any use, and due to the mayors being well known to 32Lego, he requested that they merge. The town of Esbjerg, gave half of its chunks to Slesvig, and might give more. The mainland part of Dybbol is planned to be merged once the gold needed is reached.
Shaky Transfer
LegoVK departure
After the departure of MapleVK, the town suffered decrease in population, heading down to 30. However, LegoVK wanted a break from the town, and gave it to MapleVK once more. He recruited, and expanded upon the ruins of Thisted, a former town in the region.
LegoVK gets banned
LegoVK, was about to be returned his town in a few days, however, he got banned for "alting". This meant that Maple would have to run the town by his own from now on.
Growth Stalemate
Despite the occasional recruiting, the town experienced zero growth in builds, and Maple thought about quitting since he no longer had anyone to play the server with. However, realizing that he was not going to let Lego's creation rot to death like this, he got to work.
Town renaming
Going from the name of Slesvig, to Jylland, to Denmark, back to Jylland and finally Denmark again, Maple decided it was time to settle on one name. The first one. And therefore as a tribute to Lego himself, he renamed the town to Kongsmark.
Regrowth
Recruitment and expansion
Eventually, Maple expanded on the northern end and recreated a large forest, and added multiple things to a new museum. He began on plans to claim parts of Aarhus, Odense, Esbjerg and Hamburg.
Claiming Esbjerg and Aarhus
Once again, the town did not have much growth. However, he came back to the server, and got the mayor of Esbjerg to have his town fully claimed by Kongsmark (then Denmark). Aarhus also allowed for a small southern portion to be claimed
Destroying Thisted
Maple, realizing how badly terraformed Thisted was, decided to begin on removing all the buildings in the area. While doing this, he commisioned the building of multiple ships, and even claimed all the way over to the Netherlands to claim a newly fallen towns Destroyer Boat. He got a submarine, corvette, frigate, torpedo boat and gunboat all built. This brought his towns boat count up to 6.
Present
Currently, Maple is putting his entire focus on destroying Thisted and fixing the coastline, and remake the natural land properly. He is also saving up gold to claim the entirety of Odense, and small northern portions of Hamburg.
Capital of Denmark
After the collapse of Britain due to various reasons, Denmark was founded with Kongsmark as the capital. Many redesigns are underway.

Government
Former System
The town, due to not being a nation, does not have a very advanced system. It has a Mayor (32Lego), a Co-Mayor (Maple_d) and a Town Council (Byrådet). This council has regular members (Borgerforeningsmedlem) and a council leader (Hovedformand). The regular members, are residents of the town who have been deemed active, and helpful to the town. Every month, the town elects a 'Hovedformand', who will lead the council, and most likely be given the in game rank of 'Councillor'. The Mayor, and Co-Mayor, oversee the council, and take decisions with them.
Current System
After multiple active players quit, Maple was the lone active member left. Therefore, the council was disolved, and he ran the town on his own, with advice from LegoVK
