The Republic of Ming is located in southeastern China. It succeeds the Empire of Ming from the Aurora era and the Republic of Ming from the Nova era.
History
Founding Planning (April 5, 2025 – April 18, 2026)
April 5, 2025 Fix announced that the server would open a new season on May 1, 2026, causing the Ming cabinet to begin discussing preparations for the new season.
Early Founding Period (April 18, 2026 – April 30, 2026)
April 18, 2026 The Ming pioneering team (PreviousYun, Venti, Judgemen_t, Su_Su_a, ji_mo) entered the server through early access. The original plan was to occupy the four major cities of Nanjing, Hangzhou, Nantong, and Yangzhou, and then wait for an opportunity to occupy Shanghai. However, because competition for the Shanghai area was too fierce, the pioneering team decided to abandon Shanghai and discussed occupying Suzhou. While the team was holding a temporary meeting, the player mi_la occupied Suzhou. When the team leader checked his real identity, he found that he was a Ming member from the previous season, and immediately invited him to join the Ming pioneering team. mi_la gladly accepted. In order to link Nanjing and Suzhou, PreviousYun established Wuxi between the two places. By this point, the Ming pioneering team had occupied a total of six cities: Nanjing, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Nantong, Yangzhou (now Yingtian Prefecture), and Wuxi. The first phase of the pioneering mission ended successfully. Meanwhile, the Pomegranate Seed pioneering team also entered the server through early access. With ji_mo's help, it successfully established Guangzhou and set up a shop, and subsequently established many towns in the Greater Bay Area.
April 19 At 10:00 that day, China was established with Chang'an as its capital, and the Ming pioneering team temporarily joined China out of practical need. At 17:00, Han was established with Zhumadian as its capital.
April 23 The pioneering team spent five days collecting the 5,128G required for founding the nation (Venti 1,800G, Judgemen_t 1,600G, and the remaining funds were made up by the other three). At 23:40 Beijing Time, the nation was established in Nanjing. At the same time, Judgemen_t was crowned king, and PreviousYun served as interim Prime Minister (also called Provisional President). The other members of the pioneering team were all appointed as national administrators. Ming was the third nation established in the Chinese region after China and Han. Later, various towns in the Yangtze River Delta and Greater Bay Area successively joined the Republic of Ming.
April 23 LanFang was founded in western Borneo, becoming the first overseas Chinese nation.
April 25 The Republic of Ming and Han signed a non-aggression pact.
April 28 PRC was founded in Jinan; later, the king of Lanfang was banned.
Regional Conflicts and Consolidation (April 30, 2026 – June 8, 2026)
May 1 Hangzhou and Suzhou held border negotiations with Huzhou and Shanghai. After multiple rounds of negotiations, the border between Ming and PRC in the Yangtze River Delta was determined.
May 4 The First Pearl River Delta Collective Assembly was held in Guangzhou.
May 2 China's capital Chang'an was besieged by Han.
May 8 K71S became the new king of Han.
May 10 Han unilaterally tore up the non-aggression pact.
May 12 The king of Han led troops to harass the area around Yingtian Prefecture.
May 13 Personnel from Han, China, and the Xiamen area clashed in the Guanzhong region.
May 17 The First Plenary Meeting of the Republic of Ming was held in Yingtian Prefecture.
June 1 Suzhou Prefecture in Ming's Directly Administered Region suffered malicious damage. With assistance from multiple parties, production order was basically restored that day.
Anti-Japanese War (June 8, 2026 – present)
June 8 At 1 p.m., the treaty once signed between China's leader yunwu and Japan was leaked. At 21:39, Japan's Guardian of the Realm 173BIGMAC declared war on Yamato, ROC, and PRC in the name of a defensive war. Subsequently, Ming and Republican China joined the war as allies of RPC. At 22:38 the same day, the United Front of the Chinese Nation (UFCN) declared war on Japan and the Taiwan puppet regime. At midnight, China's Southwest faction rose up and defected to Ming.
June 10 Japanese troops landed in Nantong in the Directly Administered Region and established the stronghold of Rudong. The Taiwan puppet government declared war on Ming.
June 15 Xiamen surrendered to Japan.
Wartime Economy and Politics
June 19 The Second Pearl River Delta Collective Assembly was held in Guangzhou. The assembly contents are as follows:
The assembly approved the retirement applications of principal committee members kiss_short and cheun_lau. The two players formally retired and were awarded the title "Honorary Guangzhou Citizen." From that day, the assembly openly recruited or accepted recommendations from all players for relevant principal committee candidates. Elections were to be held and they would formally take office in accordance with the "Collective Assembly and Principal Committee System."
The assembly approved that the relocation work for Guangzhou as the future all-item shop would be handled by the three shop administrators Angelt, C_monitor, and llWmfdll, who would also be responsible for planning the brand-new shop affairs and drafting its rules.

June 27 The Republic of Ming reached a friendship treaty with the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
July 2 The leader of Ming's Jiangxi Province funded the establishment of a shop nation in the Beibu Gulf.
July 5 Shenzhen of the Republic of Ming established a shop nation.
July 8 Haikou left Ming.
July 12 Xiamen established the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom.
July 25 Suzhou Prefecture issued an explanation of the Yunnan city-deletion incident, stating that the Yunnan town mayor violated the agreement not to open trust to Suzhou residents, causing Suzhou builders and machines to flow out, which triggered the city-deletion dispute.
July 26 The Northern Zhejiang Economic Development Zone was announced within Ming, centered on Hangzhou and Shaoxing.
July 28 Ming internally requested the appointment of a full-time diplomatic officer in preparation for future negotiations with Japan and to jointly organize seats and agenda with PRC.
July 26 Rudong was recaptured, and Japanese troops basically withdrew from the Directly Administered Region battlefield.
July 31 Ming began advancing OC against Japanese towns.
August 7 China and Korea signed the "Sino-Korean Non-Aggression Treaty," also known as the "Treaty of Fengtian."
August 8 The large-scale project in Mengzhou, "Wuling-Fangxingqu," broke ground.
August 16 The Pearl River Delta Collective Assembly prepared to promote the Guangdong-Hankou Railway; Ming discussed station design.
August 21 Japanese troops invaded South China on a large scale.
August 26 The Republic of Ming reached an alliance treaty with Hokkaido.
August 30 The Republic of Ming signed a non-aggression pact with Nusantara. On the same day, the Republic of Ming successfully landed on the Moon for the first time and established the Guanghan Palace lunar base. After that, the Republic of Ming carried out multiple moon landings and established more lunar bases.
September 5 The Republic of Ming signed a non-aggression pact with the Kingdom of Norway.
September 21 Lanfang and the Republic of Ming signed a non-aggression pact.
War Intensifies
September 26 The town Zhejiang was captured by the Japanese commander invading China, and the nearby PRC town Huzhou was immediately attacked by the Japanese side. After capturing most of a building, the Japanese side destroyed the entire occupied area with TNT, causing an uproar among Chinese community players. To salvage losses, PRC's leadership mobilized a large number of players suspected of being alts to achieve an anti-OC effect. Due to admin intervention, this did not succeed.
September 27 Due to reasons including "using alts," PRC's supreme leader TimeSpace_ZONE, Shanghai mayor LAOLING__, and multiple PRC players were banned. Although PRC claimed that the bans were based on insufficient evidence and that losses had been controlled, players supporting the united front generally considered it "the darkest day" since the start of the Sino-Japanese War.
Geography
Territory
The Republic of Ming is located in eastern Asia, on the western coast of the Pacific. Its land area ranks third in the world, with a total area of 14,474 chunks. Its core territory is in southeastern China and it is the largest Chinese nation in EarthMC.
The legally defined territory of the Republic of Ming extends north to Chengde in the Directly Administered Region, south to Sanya in Guangdong Province, east to Saijo in northern Shikoku, Japan, and west to the Golden Triangle in northern Myanmar. Within this area, Ming has established 147 towns large and small. The largest single city is Nanchang, capital of Jiangxi Province, with an area of 663 chunks. The largest urban agglomeration is the Directly Administered Region urban agglomeration, with an area of 3,912 chunks.
The Republic of Ming has 11 neighboring countries. Among them, the People's Republic of China (PRC), Tang, and Chunghua are land neighbors, while Yamato, the Empire of Japan, Hokkaido, the DPRK, Korea, the ROC, the Philippines, and Lanfang are maritime neighbors.
Terrain and Climate
The Republic of Ming's terrain is high in the west and low in the east, divided into three steps.
The first step is the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in the Great Liao Commune Alliance, with an average elevation above 4,000 meters, known as the "Roof of the World." The second step is mainly plateaus and basins. From the Greater Khingan, Taihang, Wu, Wuling, and Xuefeng mountain ranges eastward to the Yellow Sea and East China Sea coasts is the third step, mainly alluvial plains, where most of the population is concentrated.
The main part of the Republic of Ming is on the third step. Only most of the Yunnan Greater administrative region is on the second step, with part on the first step.
