The current Constitution is a summarisation of the rules laid out by the Polls. It was written by Olivio90 and chosen on the 29th of November, 2020. It was reformed by v_Rodo to conform with the new system. Many Polls can and are considered extensions of the Constitution, though they are not added to it. A good example is Poll 180, which re-defined the role of the Speaker, or Poll 164 and its continuation, Poll 187, which created sub-divisions and states of Brazil.
The new reformed system was created due to the dissatisfaction of a select group of players that, through daily conflicts, were capable of forcing the reform. With a lot of specific rules, the system became super complex and putting it into practice was considered hard, most of it's rules never took effect even when the people who wrote them were given power to apply it theirselfs.

At its head was the President, officially the President of the Republic, who ruled for two months. Beneath the President where three other ‘Presidents’ who each governed a branch of the Government. These branches where the Courts of Justice (Judicial branch), the Senate (Legislative branch) and the (confusingly named) Government (Executive Branch).  The President of the Republic had a hand over each of the lesser Presidents, but they controlled their branches foremost. These three Presidents formed an advisory council  for the President of the Republic known as the Council of State. Government Officials where subject to many exceptions and expectations.  Polls where renamed to ''Decrees'' and Polls which where yet to be decided where called ''Bills''. Decrees continued to be called Polls by the public. The Justice system was simplified into a system composed on one President of the Courts of Justice, who kept that role for life, and two Judges, who all dealt with cases based on the degree of crime.  It never would be applied entirely, hence oddities such as ten senators, no Courts of Justice, calling Decrees ''Polls'' and players holding dual positions. Put bluntly, Brazil continued to use its previous system despite the intention to change it. At the end, these intentions where either an act or moving at a ridiculously slow pace because very little of the system transition had occurred, even four and half months after they began.

Following the complete immediate dissolution of Brazil’s Legislative and Judiciary branches, the government was reduced to its Executive branch, the Council of Ministers. This has been kept frozen since the declaration of the new Empire, to make executive decisions and advice the King and Prince. The intention is for this to remain until a new constitution has been written. As of mid-March, 2022, this does not seem to be going ahead. Polls and Proposals have become useless, now going unacknowledged and unimplemented. Despite this, the strength and solids of the Brazilian community has led to an unorganised but stable and peaceful period, where politics are discussed without any special role  and projects go ahead without official clearance or any state-organised initiative. The current situation is best described as an ‘Anarchic’ Union of Autonomous Towns, officially headed by a Prince Regent and his Royal Court. <br />

The states first used were made by Olivio and were  Xingu, Old Brazil, New Brazil, Para Lands, Traditional Lands, Porto Alegre and Los Pampas. These where changed by a Proposal from Xenomorph07, who suggested that the nation be divided into Brazil’s real geographical regions. These are North, North-East, Central-West, South-East and South and they where implemented on the 20th of  July.

Once the consensus plan was established, these numerous City-States in 9th of November joined together to create a country that could be a great power.

The city of [[São Paulo]] quickly become the second largest city on the entire continent, allowing Carlos_Dorelli to spread his influence to other nations and his group monopolize national trade.


History two is that a small Brazil was founded with MarcoJenkins as Emperor and they quickly absorbed the other Factions.  
On the other hand, the problems increased. The factions began to compete more and more and the oligarchic system did not allow the participation of other groups, while disagreements within the factions increased and the government didn't have the ability to take advantage, since Fereis had allied with Carlos. The system failed to overcome its vices and the emperor was incompetent and tendentious. The pillars of the Empire were shaked.


History three is that the Factions fought and bickered till MacroJenkins united them and they founded Brazil. This is the most likely history as supported by [[Marco Jenkins|his personal history.]]

A player named [[Luigihero1]] went online during [[Aettos]]’s two hours as Mayor and discovered that many objects were missing from his chests. He denounced the mayor, claiming that he was the only one who could have opened his chest.
