EmpressCorgo (spawned July 8, 2022) is a Cascadian stateswoman, former President, former Formula 1 racer and femcel who served as Secretary of the Interior from February 19th to July 16th, the 10th President of Cascadia from August 12 to November 19, 2023, the 10th vice president of Cascadia from July 16 to August 12 and from November 19 to December 17, 2023, the 9th and 13th Treasurer of Cascadia from December 17, 2023 to May 20, 2024 and again from February 26, 2025 to June 2, 2025; and has served as an Advisor to the President. During her career in public service, she has served in the Legislature of Cascadia on three occasions, and was one of the longest-serving presidents in Cascadian history.

Throughout her time on EarthMC, Corgo would build up Cascadia with many contributions to her name, including through infrastructure, economy, and general leadership. A skillful President, she led the nation through one of it's most turbulent and unstable eras to great success, and is considered by most contemporary Cascadians to be one of the best leaders that Cascadia was given. Corgo has been known to be of the best in nearly every profession she's taken. At the same time, she was a skillful racer in Formula 1, placing in the top 5 of the league and bringing her team of BMW M Racing to prominence.

Early Life

EmpressCorgo spawned into EarthMC on July 8, 2022, joining the town of Raleigh in the Confederate States of America. Within hours, she attempted and failed to coup the mayor of the town, and left to join the town of Bathurst in the far north of Canada. She would often spend her time hanging out at the Panama Canal, where several people would often assemble, occasionally PVPing for fun in the nearby wilderness. After this, she went inactive for a few months.

In mid-November however, she came back to Bathurst having been 42'd. As a result, she hopped towns until she came across Burgos, under the administration of Spain, then known as Spanish_Kingdom in game. It was an active and lively town at the time, with Ushkaa leading the recruiting effort, and Corgo herself befriending him. To make money, Corgo took up netherite mining, as her efforts to mine gold at the time resulted in only meager profits due to a lack of haste potions.

It was during Corgo's time in Burgos in which she and multiple town members attempted to assassinate mayor and co-mayor of Albany in Indochina, Aggamer_ and BattlingSine respectively. This plot failed, resulting in a fight between both Burgales and their targets, with no deaths occurring, and Corgo herself escaping into the wilderness.

Eventually, EmpressCorgo saved up enough gold to start up a town, and looked for a site with a tall mountain range, hoping to create an ice track winding through it, inspired by famous roads like Akina Pass in Initial D, or it's real world counterpart, Haruna Pass. She at first settled on a site in the Himalayan mountain range, but determined that it was too large for her goals. As a result, she picked a site on the Cascade mountain range south of Mount Silverthrone, as it was of a moderate size, which she felt was perfect for the build.

By this point, before even placing the town, EmpressCorgo would spend time at the site, inspecting the mountain and marking out a route, where she would be hunted a couple times for obvious reasons. The mayor of the neighboring town of Victoria, EstiQT, noticed this and questioned Corgo, initially believing her to be a hunter as tensions between Cascadia and the Oregon Empire were at war at the time. When Corgo explained herself, Esti immediately got her to join Cascadia when she made the town, and they both made a deal that neither town would claim across the Johnstone Strait, which separates mainland Canada from Vancouver Island.

So, on November 28, EmpressCorgo founded Corgo's Pass and immediately joined Cascadia, named after both the track and the mountain pass that sat to the north of the town. She would befriend Milgorn123, then the mayor of Oceanside, now Astoria. Most of her time spent during this time was building up basic infrastructure in her town and the track itself, though most of it wasn't claimed by this point. She would also netherite mine more in order to pay for the claiming of said track. The town was a hermit town for most of this time, as Corgo didn't feel a need to recruit at the time and also was just horrible at the practice.

Interior Department and Entry into Cascadian Politics

Through befriending Milgorn123 and Falcoeur, who was the Secretary of the Interior at the time, Corgo gained a love for building infrastructure, and in December 2022 built an above-ground road linking her town with the Yellowhead Road to the north, which was built by Aylywyn and ran from the west coast of Canada to Sasketchawan at the time. Eventually, she started doing work for the Interior Department with Milgorn and Falcoeur, joining the Cascadia Highway Commission, a program to link up Cascadia through above-ground roads, most of which still stand today. All roads under the Interior department were built with a distinctive lining of polished deepslate blocks, indented by a two block wide set of cobblestone slabs. These roads even appear in a video Minecraft Youtuber SalC1 made about duping on EarthMC at 0:53.

She built the far eastern part of Highway 94 in January 2023 connecting Cascadia with the then Midwestern Union. Multiple towns would be founded along this road, and even the entire nation of USA would be founded alongside this road, alongside Iowa more recently being founded alongside it. Even to this day, towns are still being founded alongside the road, such as Valeria_City.

She then built Highway 92 in early February 2023 which connected Cascadia to Hermosillo, a town under the nation of Sonora in the Mexican Empire at the time. She would be harassed by runnerboy72000 for building the road, who was the leader of the nation of Colorado, which Highway 92 would run near. He would attempt to hunt Corgo multiple times, to no avail.

Milgorn123 noticed Corgo's talent in infrastructure and added her to his cabinet as Secretary of the Interior for the February 2023 Cascadian Election. Milgorn won that election, which gave Corgo the job, and she immediately got to work.

During her time as Secretary of the Interior, Corgo built an icerail meant to link Cascadia's and the then Midwestern Union in March. While the Cascadian portion was fully built in a couple weeks, the MWU one was not, leading to the icerail becoming a dead end. However the rail would later be used as a connection to the USA icerail system. She built icerails connecting the towns of Silverthrone, Burns, Corgo's Pass, Arcadia, Sullivan Bay, and Husky_Coast, alongside a connection to Aylywyn's icerail that spans from Ireland to Japan. She personally made major contributions to the Seattle Project, building a hospital and a majority of the Columbia Center. She also constructed Highway 95 in May 2023, which ran north from Vancouver to Great Bear Lake.

Entry Into Cascadian Politics

She first ran for representative in the May elections, winning but ultimately not making meaningful contributions during her one month tenure. She was put in Bachinuni's Cabinet as his running mate for the July elections, which Bachinuni won. This was around the time she first started forming political beliefs on how the nation should be run, and was a big advocate for improved the then stagnated economy. She even plotted at one point to create a private business to funnel gold into Cascadia's bank, though this was never realized. At this point, she was disinterested in the Presidency, believing she wasn't ready, wanting to run in the November 2023 Elections.

Presidency

Bachinuni's Resignation(August 9, 2023)

Bachinuni, swamped with responsibility in the real world, went inactive almost immediately after his election to the Presidency. This all came to a head on August 9 when the Cascadian government tried to purchase the Rocky Mountain Federation, who they had been at war with prior. RealLIMPOPO, the then Secretary of Defense at the time, was given the task of holding the nation. As it had turned out, Limpopo used the opportunity to betray the nation and take the RMF nation for himself, repurposing it into the Rocky Mountain Brotherhood. Because most of the nation's funds were used in the purchase alongside donations from over a dozen people, it left the country effectively broke for a brief period. Seeing the need for active leadership in a time of crisis, Bachinuni resigned, making Corgo the next president of Cascadia. This is the first time and one of only three times in history that a President had resigned, with the second time being LovelyFurball as a reaction to the nuking of the Cascadian discord, which was caused due to his own mistake, and Capitanfra, who resigned over a scandal surrounding electoral fraud he committed during the July 2025 elections.

August Election and Early Presidency(August 9, 2023 - September 17, 2023)

Immediately, Corgo had a lot of work to do, particularly on the stolen Rocky Mountain Federation, now Rocky Mountain Brotherhood owned by RealLIMPOPO. A line of dialogue was opened between Cascadia and Limpopo, and negotiations began. Milgorn123 was the main negotiator, however things simply never got anywhere. Eventually TylenolEC of Laurentia reached out to Corgo herself and asked if she would like to negotiate with Limpopo herself, with Laurentia as a mediator and behind Milgorn123's back. This led to the Treaty of Walterston being signed, which meant that Limpopo would give those who donated towards the botched RMF purchase their money back, at a rate of 50 gold per week. This was a very controversial treaty, particularly since it was signed without approval from the wider cabinet, however much of the anger was targeted towards TylenolEC, and he was run off the discord server, primarily by those of the Frontier faction. Limpopo would later call off the treaty, however it had achieved it's goal of paying off donators, as everyone who wanted their money back got it except for one person.

Corgo would run for the presidency in the August Elections. Ten Candidates originally ran, with eight making it to the ballot, which is the highest number of candidates in any Cascadian Election. It was a very active and pivotal election, and lots of dialogue over how the country should be led from that point onward occurred. The August Election had surprising yet positive results. It was seen at the time that WrestlingWithGod would act as a contender against Corgo, however a relatively obscure candidate of the name PhantomXYZ would take a plurality of the first preference vote, however due to runoff voting, EmpressCorgo would win the elections through large amounts of final preference votes.

Cascadia was almost completely broke after the RMF steal, sitting at a low of 169 gold. However, these financial issues were partially alleviated by many donations from Cascadian citizens, and within a week the bank reached 1600G. It was decided that in order to increase revenue and create a more stable economy, the national store needed to be overhauled. A new national store under the capitol was designed by Setrus, Milgorn123, and Ravioli983, and construction was started and mostly done by EmpressCorgo herself, with some help from SayerQT and Milgorn123. Corgo set a couple goals for the Cascadian economy by the end of her tenure, such as better store revenue, saving up gold, and reintroducing Cascruit, which had been repealed under Bachinuni's Administration.

Late Presidency and Instability(September 17th, 2023 - November 19th, 2023)

As the September Elections approached, it was clear that three candidates were fighting for the presidency. There was the incumbent social democratic Corgo Administration, with Corgo herself as their Candidate, the Frontier with WrestlingWithGod as their candidate, and Osoyoos, with Flatvent_One as their candidate. Osoyoos was the newest faction, and while it's ideals had not fully developed by this time, they were clearly influenced greatly by the ideas of nationalism, particularly for their own group, imperialism and collectivism, an ideology often accused of being similar to Fascism, albeit in the more innocent context of Minecraft. The election itself was tense, but respectful. It was very similar to the August elections except even more pronounced, with Flatvent_One getting a plurality of the first-preference votes, and EmpressCorgo getting a comparatively lower amount, yet still winning in the final preferential vote with Frontier votes. The aftermath of the election was intense, sparking an era of an unstable, toxic, and divided Cascadia. The flames of toxicity were mainly between the Frontier and Osoyoos factions, who had already been tense before. It was provoked by Osoyoos accusing the Frontier of not honoring an agreement they had made for both factions' respective voter bases to vote for each other's candidates for second preference in the elections. The Frontier denied such agreement ever occuring, and no proof of said agreement has since surfaced. This led to public fights between the two factions, which thousands of messages being exchanged in the public general channel of the Cascadian Discord, for all to see, including foreigners. Corgo would take the first few days of her presidency to mediate the conflict to no avail, although she had sympathies for the Frontier's side of the argument, and these sympathies would grow quickly.

Meanwhile, Corgo resumed her improvement of the country, passing the Emergency Bank Partition Act, now the Rainy Day Fund Act on September 22, which defined that a threshold of 1000 gold of the national bank was not to be touched except with a three fourth's house vote. She also finally completed construction of and opened the new national store in early October, bringing extra revenue into the nation. She also completed the goal of reenacting Cascruit on October 17th.

The drama between Frontier and Osoyoos only got worse, and eventually the Corgo Administration supported the Frontier side of the debate fully due to the negative atmosphere Osoyoos' leaders often brung to discussions. EmpressCorgo fired Flatvent_One from his position as Secretary of Local Affairs on October 5th, which officially communicated to the Osoyan side that the Corgo Administration did not condone their actions. Osoyoos had a habit of overreactions like the one seen with the Frontier, as for example they had gotten into hot water with the southern neighbor of Jefferson, for personal feuds with their leader, Forest, alongside just wanting a nation to conquer. Osoyoos would call for war with Jefferson due to their drama and their imperialist itch, making "War with Jefferson!" a common slogan and having it be one of their main campaign promises. However the other two factions would attempt to hold back such action because they were more interested in the status quo of Jefferson being a close ally. The October Elections came closer and closer, and the political atmosphere within Cascadia became more and more tense. By this time, the Corgo Administration had fully aligned itself with the Frontier as to the both of them, the Osoyoos faction did not have good intentions for Cascadia.

On October 22nd, the election's results were to be revealed, and tensions ran high. First preference vote had Flatvent_One at 48.8%, EmpressCorgo at 30%, Beamz30(Frontier-aligned Candidate, Ally of Corgo by this point) at 17.5%, and YoOscar(An Osoyoos-leaning candidate) at 3.7%. Oscar's campaign was eliminated, with Flatvent is at 50%, Corgo at 37.5%, and Beamz at 12.5%. Then the final preference votes were revealed, with an unprecedented 50% to 50% for EmpressCorgo and Flatvent_One, the two remaining candidates. After the final preference vote was revealed and it was announced that the presidential election would come down to a house vote, much of the Osoyoos Faction, particularly it's leaders, had an outburst in the national voice chat, attempted to murder over a dozen people in a wither rose trap at a speech in Osoyoos proper, and seceded from Cascadia. They deleted many of their towns, even rolling back the town of Osoyoos itself, and mostly left to form the nation of Chad, who would go on to fight in the Wagner War.

The Osoyoos faction leaving, while highly beneficial for the political stability of Cascadia, had a big hit on the nation's population. Cascadia lost about one third of it's active population, and would dip from 280 residents to 178. Corgo's last term was relatively uneventful, mainly consisting of rebuilding the nation from the activity and population loss, which was easier due to the newfound political unity in the nation. The nation of Jefferson by this point started the process of joining Cascadia due to a receding leadership and Osoyoos now out of the picture.

EmpressCorgo left a legacy as being one of the most important presidents in Cascadian history, keeping the nation together through some of it's hardest times, and coming out of it with a Cascadia set to become stronger and more unified than it ever has been before. Her economic philosophy developed during this time, and it kept the nation from going bankrupt during her presidency, alongside helping her later on as Treasurer. The Establishment and Frontier had never been on the best of terms, however that changed with the Osoyoos situation and the Corgo administration siding with the Frontier, which led to a lasting era of political unity and stability in the nation. EmpressCorgo left a legacy as President of being a widely appealing social democrat, acting as a moderate in a time of extremism, which is heavily attributed to her unorthodox electoral successes.

Treasury

New Year's Depression(December 17, 2023 - March 14, 2024)

With the election of Setrus on December 17, 2023, Corgo became the 9th Treasurer of Cascadia. Coupled with low revenue and high spending under the Setrus Administration, Cascadia fell into a deep economic depression. She took a break in February to recoup, and on March 14, 2023, the national bank hit it's lowest point in the recession at 2043 gold on March 14, 2024, which was just 43 gold above the RDFA threshold at the time, set at 2000 gold. After this scare, spending would be halted for a bit so the bank could recover. Over the next two weeks, the bank would grow around 400 gold, mainly due to a 200 gold donation by EmpressCorgo herself.

Major Economic Growth(March 26, 2024 - May 20, 2024)

On March 26th, as the Treasury was still recovering from the New Year's Recession, Corgo decided that she would start a campaign to massively improve Cascadia's economic position, this was achieved with a combination of gold mining, collecting loan payments from Cascadia's ally, the Republic of Havaiki, and aggressively promoting the national store. In the two weeks after this, the Treasury jumped from 2383 gold to 5000 gold, doubling the treasury. Corgo used this chance to raise the RDFA threshold to 2500 gold, as a way to promote the government to save more money. As a result of this and other reforms, Cascadia not only gained gold, but they also kept it. EmpressCorgo retired from her position as Treasurer on May 20th, 2024, citing exhaustion as her main reasoning. RAWRYoutube took her position, who continued to grow the Cascadian economy to even higher levels, alongside introducing more reforms to the economy. Since then, the Cascadian bank has never gone back down to pre-Corgo levels.

Return to the Treasury(February 26, 2025 - June 2, 2025)

RAWRYoutube retired from the Treasury in January 2025, and no proper replacements could be found at the time, leading to a major recession, with the nation losing around a third of it's gold balance. Eventually, Corgo stepped up again, nominated for the position by President Farosh_. Throughout March, she would successfully recover the economy and turn around the depression of gold that had taken hold when RAWR resigned. It was here where she got involved in the then political turmoil in the nation, backing HawaiianDPG's and GuyWithALife's campaigns in March and April 2023 as a result. Throughout this period, the RDFA threshold would be raised more and more to the 6500 gold it stands at today. Eventually, burnt out under Moxie's Administration in April 2025, she resigned temporarily, taking the position again the next term under YellowClover/Capitanfra, touting her plan known as Project Prosperity to revamp the Cascadian economy and introduce macroeconomics to the nation. However, this plan was never fully realized due to burnout, and she resigned on June 2, 2025. Her deputy Kralyerg took her position, who's continued to maintain the Cascadian Treasury since. Regardless, the Cascadian economy stayed afloat and rising throughout this time with the exception of Moxicodone's term, even with some of the highest spending the nation had ever seen.

Formula 1

EmpressCorgo became interested with Formula 1 as they started the 2023 season, and wanted to eventually join the league. She planned to watch the first two races at Sonora and Cuba respectively, however she confused Central European Time with Central Standard Time, and as a result missed both. However, for the third race at the 2023 Detroit GP she became a reserve for Antlex Racing, and got a measly 12th place. However, she was noticed by Bobobster, who owned BEB Racing, and took her on as a reserve.

This was until BMW M approached her, where they offered her to be their main driver, seeing potential in her. She took the position immediately, starting her career as a main driver at the India GP, where she shockingly got 2nd place, in major contrast to her performance in Detroit. After this, she would maintain finishing positions between 4th and 6th place throughout the 2023 season, with the exception of the Poland GP, where she got 8th place. She also got three other podiums in the Coats, USA, and Patagonia GPs, alongside a win at the Spanish GP. She'd finish the season at 5th overall, with her team finishing 3rd place[If they were not disqualified due to scandal surrounding the team owner].

She would also play well in the 2024 season, generally maintaining similar results to the 2023 season, however she would retire early on into the season, mainly because she was planning to quit EarthMC at the time, and had grown tired of Ice-boat racing in general. She leaves a legacy as being the most successful Cascadian to ever race, and remains one of the few non-European racers to get far. Alongside this, she was also the first female racer in Formula 1.
