The 3rd Assembly of the Evergreen Republic is the current meeting of the legislative branch of the federal government of the Evergreen Republic, elected in the Aprl elections. It convened on April 1, 2022 under the outgoing government of SayerQT as well as mid-way through the Presidency of xBest_Name_Everx, and will end on April 30, 2022.

The composition of the Assembly is an second in a row overwhelming supermajority for the second government of SayerQT, which has served as the Cabinet of the Evergreen Republic since April 2, 2022 upon a successful re-investiture 29-0 vote by the Assembly with 2 abstentions. SayerQT previously headed the First SayerQT Government from March 2 to April 2.

Major events

  • April 1, 2022: The 3rd Convocation of the Assembly officially begins, with the First SayerQT cabinet remaining in office in a caretaker capacity.
  • April 2, 2022: SayerQT is re-elected Chancellor of the Evergreen Republic and her second cabinet is appointed after a 29-0 investiture vote with 2 abstentions.

Major legislation

  • April 1, 2022: The National Flag Voting Act is passed, establishing the procedures for the creation of an official permanent national flag.
  • April 1, 2022: The Revised Provincial Sale Protection Act is enacted, establishing protections for potential governors in government-sponsored purchasing of provinces to become federated provinces of the Evergreen Republic.
  • April 1, 2022: The Presidential Debate Moderation Act is passed, establishing state-sponsored Presidential Election Debates between candidates.
  • April 1, 2022: The National Law Service Act is enacted, establishing the National Law Service as an independent agency of the Federal government to properly facilitate enforcement and prosecution of federal law nationwide.
