The Federal Cabinet is the chief executive body of the Evergreen Republic. It consists of the Federal Chancellor and cabinet ministers. The fundamentals of the cabinet's organisation as well as the method of its election and appointment as well as the procedure for its dismissal are set down in articles 4 and 5 of the Constitution of the Evergreen Republic.
In contrast to the system used in the Republic of Cascadia, the cabinet is the fundamental head of the Executive Branch of the Republic in a semi-presidential system in comparison to the Presidential system of Cascadia and the Parliamentary system of the Salish Confederation. Theoretically, the Federal Chancellor is first among equals, however has the sole ability of nomination of cabinet members other than themselves. All members are officially appointed by the President of the Republic. The term of a cabinet is fundamentally linked with the term of the Chancellor, and if the Chancellor loses a simple no-confidence motion in the Assembly, the cabinet is resigned, and a new nominee is put forth by the President. During such period, the incumbent cabinet stays in office as a caretaker government. The term of a chancellor, and by association the cabinet is one month, however can be cut short by either a resignation of the cabinet by the chancellor or a no confidence motion. The Chancellor and the other members of the cabinet are allowed to be also members of the Assembly, and most of them actually are.
The cabinet consists of the chancellor, who acts as the chairman, the deputy chancellor (or vice chancellor), five ministers who head the five executive ministries, and up to two advisors; who act as ministers without a designated responsibility. The incumbent and third cabinet since 2 March 2022 is the Second SayerQT Cabinet.

The deputy to the federal chancellor of the Evergreen Republic, commonly referred to as the vice chancellor or the deputy chancellor, is the second-highest officer in the Cabinet, after the federal chancellor of the Evergreen Republic and serves as the deputy and assistant to the Chancellor. The Deputy Chancellor is the primary and key advisor to the Chancellor and is often an influential member of the Cabinet, dabbling in many of the different responsibilities of the different ministries, depending on who holds the office. Whoever holds the office also may, in extraordinary circumstances, such as the sudden vacancy in the office of Chancellor without prior announcement, or an impeachment of the Chancellor, ascend to the office of the Chancellor, leading the incumbent Cabinet for the rest of its duration. The post was established by the Constitution in Article 4, however it cannot be removed or edited by law. The minister for foreign affairs is the Cabinet minister which oversees the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the ministry tasked with organizing, overseeing, and managing the foreign policy, diplomacy, international image, and worldly relations. The minister for national defense is the Cabinet minister which oversees the Ministry for National Defense, the ministry tasked overseeing the entirety of the Armed Forces of the Evergreen Republic. The Minister is to advise the Chancellor and President on matters relating to National Defense and National Security, and is to provide military decisions in the case of a military conflict abroad, as well as provide physical responses in the case of war, under the direction of the President as Commander-in-Chief, as well as the cabinet and assembly. They also create awareness of possible public safety risks and hold consultations with concerned citizens. The minister for recruitment is the Cabinet minister which oversees the Ministry for Recruitment, the ministry responsible for everything related to Recruitment and activity of persons in the Evergreen Republic, and to advise the Chancellor within the context of their role; and to find and recruit new, trustworthy members into the Republic and the federated provinces. They are the main liaison between Mayors and the Cabinet. They oversee programs related to recruitment and activity within the republic in order to jumpstart the community of the republic. The minister for development is the Cabinet minister which oversees the Ministry for Development, the ministry responsible for everything related to the Development of the Evergreen Republic, and to advise the Chancellor within the context of their role. The Minister for Land & Development is responsible for Republic-wide construction of roads, railways, or ice-ways that improve the quality of life in the region. It also aids the Government and Mayors when requested in construction, planning, gathering supplies and maintaining housing that looks respective to their town's theme. It is been influential in numerous projects, and enforces development project laws passed by the Assembly. The Ministry was established by the Constitution in Article 4, however it may be removed, renamed, or edited by law. The incumbent Minister for Development is Dornan, who has served in the post in the Second SayerQT Cabinet since 2 April 2022.
