Weirdguy

_Weirdguy (Spawned in July 11th, 2022) is the current mayor of Neihart and past mayor of Billings.

Before Civilization

I had a basic understanding of how the server worked due to my experience of vanilla Minecraft prior to joining the server. I checked the map and I was in the middle of China, this got me to question the positioning of the spawn but I chose to ignore it. You see, I had a goal in mind; to become someone. With this goal in mind I ventured on trying to get to North America through the Pacific Ocean, a feat which I didn't quite think was reasonable or possible.

I did not know at the time that there were 2 servers on EarthMC and thus took a shot in the dark when joining the one I played before (Terra Nova) , a choice which was obviously wrong and just spawned me into Italy which I joined prior to Terra Aurora even existing.

I then decided that traveling through the Pacific may not be possible on the server and thus I started traveling west instead of east, I got to about halfway between Warsaw and Tokyo before I just joined a country and went to America through the country.

California

By this point I had been spammed with multiple invites to multiple different nations which most of them he refused without thinking about it, but when California invited me, I decided to join. After this choice I immediately quit the nation and went north from the nation spawn, I didn't even look back at the time. On the way to Montana I ran into a player who I thought would attack me, but instead this player gave him simple enchanted diamond gear and we parted ways after this.

Montana

I first joined the server with a goal to make a city in the rough, Billings, the most populated city in Montana and an area I'm familiar with through my real travels. I did have a goal to make the nation of Montana, but through my now years of playing I gave up on it. (For now at least)

The First Billings

I looked for towns in Montana to join to get on my feet and while doing this discovered a town already named Billings; This town was made by the players fatherof90 and whatwhat969. I decided to contact this town as it was one of 3 towns in Montana at the time and he had no connection to the other towns. I met with the mayor of Billings whatwhat969 halfway across the vast mountainous desert in Montana

I followed the player back to the town and joined it, I did not expect to be challenged to a 1v1 duel with the other resident; fatherof90. This fight was meant to be a jumping against me, However assuming I was a new player was a mistake they made as I defeated fatherof90 and talked my way out of fighting whatwhat969. After this incident, I began making his own house which would serve as my second house on the server so far, this house was in a chunk given to him by whatwhat969 (the actual mayor of the town) for him to do whatever in it. I used the town as a main base for mining and building and didn't plan to stay long. I stayed for a week or two after building a house, mining, and getting some half decent gear and gold from voting, then I decided to go north where Montana actually was. (the first billings was just south of Montana)

I made a town called "Buffalo billings" up the Yellowstone river which was north-east of the actual location of billings, but the area looked nice so can you really blame me? In this town I didn't do much, I mined some gold, I made some adjustments to the river, and I got scammed because I still didn't know how everything actually worked at the time.

Cascadia

I quit the game for roughly 3 months and came back in early august and was interested with playing the game once more, thus I said in global chat "Any nations I could join" and got two responses; Alberta, and Cascadia. I joined the latter nation but on one price, the person who had invited me would come to Billings (I'm like 90% sure it was SayerQT) so they could see the new town since I was not interested in joining a nation that has no commitment, the person came and I joined Cascadia. During my time in Cascadia I slowly grew my town and talked to the members, and I helped the members with Cascadia's hunter problem at the time, (it is worth it to note that at this point and time I wasn't very good at pvp at this time).

And on my first week there he saw Cascadia politics come into play during the Cascadian presidential elections which was interesting to me and I wanted to follow that style of government if I ever made his own nation on the server. It wasn't that late on when the members of Cascadia didn't exactly like me due to his un-filtered speech and views on certain subjects, but besides this I was setting up to be in the nation long-term and even constructed ice highways to other Cascadian towns. I had a interest in the town of Oceanside and liked their general attitude and style of building which he then began adapting into his own town later on. I Would run for the Frontier Representatives position in Cascadia's government but of course I did not take this seriously at all and opted to get the least people ranking him highly (I succeeded this task).

After the elections a member of Cascadia DaPigThatBig[former minister of defense] started attacking Cascadian citizens and during this I would lose his items because he was hunted. I didn't care at all really but he noticed that DaPig would not stop with just a few killings and even teamed up with another member to begin killing Cascadian's similar to the hunters, I didn't have an opinion on this but thought that they might be rebelling (for context DaPig was the leader of Washington at the time). Shortly after this a vote was put on me to kick me and my town out of the nation and during the voting Washington had broken away from Cascadia. The vote passed and I was kicked out the nation. (at the time of writing this was 3 years ago, but I believe this was for unsavory comments? No one really remembers)

Washington

With very little options I would join the nation of Washington so he could access regions and shops such as Mali and OB, I hadn't done much during his time in this nation but I did supply some potions. During the Cascadian - Washington war DaPigThatBig would be offered the nation of Oregon and asked me for some money for it, He would give DaPig 200 gold and later that week Washington joined back into Cascadia which if you remember, he was banned from. This left Me nationless and where he is today.

Back into the wild

I would be nationless and without access to shops so he had to flatten the remainder of billings and begin recruiting really heavily for basic expansion, But he had a idea in mind that he could finally finish his goal of making the nation of Montana.

I left the server for a while as the summer was ending, and I had school to go to, and other more important things in my life besides a block game.

The RMF

After I wasn't playing super often, I joined back to see this new rebellion called the Rocky Mountain Federation, I joined it with my town which at this point was just me and a bunch of inactive or 42'd residents. I didn't do much in the RMF, but I fought in some battles, brewed pots, and just sold haste 2 pots generally.

I became inactive during the RMF's existence and 42'd around the time it ended, I joined back to see that 1, I was nation and townless, and 2, I had to start bottom up.

A Series of Unfortunate Events

At some point either during or after the RMF I made a new town called Helena, which is the capital city of Montana irl so I spent a fair amount of time working on it and trying to recruit, while I was expanding a Cascadian started a town just north east of Helena and blocked expansion in that direction, I was urged to report it, I did, nothing happened. So I just went on playing the game and at this point I was still trying to form Montana, I built a couple houses, a t spawn, and I was apart of a nation at this time (cannot remember which) which allowed me to sell haste pots, armor, and get better tools.

I quit the game afterwards for a very long time (Like 300 days) and I came back to see that Montana had been formed, and the RMF was dead as hell, I went south of my now long dead and flooded town to make a new town called Butte (Which is actually south of Helena irl so the name fit) I didn't do anything in this town, I played for around 2 weeks and then 42'd once more before I joined back after another 200-300 days after the second SalC1 duping video reminded me about the server.

Neihart

I made a new town called Neihart, named after an actual mountain irl which is close to the region I made the town so I went with it (The original name was North Fork because that's an actual town, but Neihart is a fire name) I made an underground vault area in the first 6 chunks of the town, collected gold to expand it, and started working on various projects. Around this time I began joining nations to get access to various shops where I could buy and sell various goods I needed at the time, and I decided to join back into Cascadia (I hoped I wouldn't get immediately sniped out if anyone recognized me). Not a soul recognized me for about a week then a fella called paradox came on where I outed myself in some banter, I was then asked "Who let you back in" like the nation isn't open and public, this happened again with another fella called vamp who scorned the nation for letting me back, like it wasn't open and public. But anyways, I started working on various projects in Neihart like a mining company, a farm, a town hall, and expanding the town.

This is where we are now, my projects are done and I'm chilling.
