ElimBessus is the Incumbent and 35th Vice President of Cascadia, as well as a former member of the Cascadian House of Representatives from Frontier, Former Cascadian Secretary of Defense, and Former Advisor to the President

Early Beginnings (January-April 2025)

ElimBessus Joined Cascadia on the 24th of January, 2025.

In the February 2025 General Election, ElimBessus was elected to the House as a Frontier Representative. Although Elim's Work in the house was mostly getting to grips with Cascadia, He did make a Vocal Opposition to the Ballot Registration Tax bill that was debated in the house, citing it as unfair to those who wanted to take part in democracy

First Presidential Run and House Successes (April-May 2025)

Following A spell as Presidential Advisor in the HawaiianDPG Admin, ElimBessus sought re-election to the house.

Along with that, he announced a presidential run, with the Elim-Flors Ticket garnering significant attention for bringing a possibility of spoling the election. Elim Ran on a moderate tone, advocating for a Cascadian Olympics and for an OFN referendum, both of which received community Praise.

The Elim-Flors ticket did better than expected, finishing 3rd with with over 10% of the vote, but not forcing a deadlock or reaching the final round.

ElimBessus was elected to the house as Frontier Representative again in the same election, winning his 2nd term.

ElimBessus would pass his only successful house bill, the Commission for Presidential Debates Act, during this Tern.

May General Election and Rise to Prominence (May 2025)

CapitanFra would select ElimBessus as his Defense Secretary Nominee in his bid for the presidency. Following Capitan's victory, ElimBessus was appointed Defense Secretary.
