4KayP7, also known as KayP7, is a Cascadian politician and journalist who has served as the 28th president of Cascadia since January 2026. Prior to his election to the presidency, Kay was primarily known for his journalism and activism, founding The Cascadian Independent, a major news organization within the Republic of Cascadia, and authoring of the 16th amendment to the National Constitution relating to press freedom.
Early EMC Career
KayP7 originally joined EarthMC on May 18th, 2023. He was a citizen of Mali, residing in the town of The Goonies. Finding limited opportunities and declining engagement, he left the town shortly after in search of a more vibrant economic environment.

He also served as the Public Advocate of Cascadia, beginning a two-month term in September 2025. He was re-elected in November 2025, but resigned shortly thereafter due to his candidacy for the Speakership.
