Xultimate290bc, commonly known as Xultimate, is a prominent EMC player and has been in the nations of Somalia, ESSR, Baltic, & Cascadia. He was the last secretary general of the Organization of Free Nations before it disbanded, 2 time prime minister of Baltic, and 8 term Home Secretary of the Republic of Cascadia.

Wandering Migrant

On 3rd of April 2025, xultimate290bc spawned in India, near the town of New Delhi. It is believed he had logged on to EMC before this and walked to India, and then 42d. He proceeded to walk to New Delhi, then realized he couldn’t break or place blocks there so walked into a forest and made a small hut out of dirt. The next day, he was recruited by a member of Somalia who said they would help him reach the town of Dubai (the /n spawn of Emirates was inside the burj khalifa and you couldn’t get out), so he got a bunch of feather falling pots and they took the water elevator to the top of the Burj Khalifa and jumped all the way down. Upon reaching, Xultimate realized he couldn’t do anything inside claims, so he got bored and logged off. The next day, he got recruited into a communist town in the Russian far north, around where Arkhangelsk is, and got given a bunch of diamond blocks by the mayor. However, the next day, he decided to leave the town, and then proceeded to get scammed by a wither rose trap and lose all his stuff. He then met a member of the nation of Estonia (soon to be renamed to ESSR), recruiting people into the town E (the capital). Xultimate accepted the invite, and made a house in E.

ESSR

After living in E for some time, he got contacted by people from the neighboring nation of Baltic. Baltic was in the middle of a war with ESSR over control of Estonia, and they were trying to poach Xultimate into leaving E by claiming ESSR was evil due to larping as communists. When he expressed his desire to own a town in the ESSR discord, a person from Baltic named “Igors” (who would later rename to Latvans, and then MMMeslina) contacted him and offered him ownership of a town south of E, called Maliena. He accepted the offer, and officially joined Baltic.
