The 3rd Legislature of Cascadia was a meeting of the the legislative branch of the Cascadian federal government, composed of the Cascadia House of Representatives. It convened in Olympia, on October 17, 2022, during the 2nd month of ViolentVampire's presidency, and ended on November 21, 2022.

This was the first legislature in which an electoral district had all incumbent representatives at the start of a legislature.
